Museum Section Of The Vatican
The Vatican has its own museum, full of artifacts and paintings for you to look at. However, you only get access to it by completing a side quest with Gina called A Nun In Trouble.
You reach it through the restricted area in the main courtyard of the Vatican. In the corner nearest the main office, you’ll see a fenced-off area with Blackshirt enemies blocking the gates. You can creep through gaps in the fence on the left and right of the area, and then meet Gina further along. You’ll then have access to the area whenever you want to explore further.

Vatican Blackshirt Wash Tent
To get into all of the restricted areas in The Vatican, as well as the underground Boxing ring, you’ll need to find the Blackshirt disguise. It’s in an area you wouldn’t go to without being pointed towards the disguise.
From the Clerical area of the main building, you need to head to the balcony on which you met Gina, looking up at Voss’ airship. Take the zipline down and and turn around to see a gap in the fence. Drop down and you’re in a hidden area with the disguise sat on the bench.
Alongside the disguise, you’ll also get the Blackshirt Key, which opens some locked doors around The Vatican.

Borgia Tower Balcony Room
The A Nun In Trouble Fieldwork quest takes you to the Borgia Tower in The Vatican. You need to make your way to the top of the tower to save Giuliana and take out the Nazis who are threatening her.

Half way up the tower, there’s a locked door that leads to a balcony. You can only open that door with Giuliana’s key, which you get after saving her. You need to get it and then head back to the door to see what’s being hidden. Past the door, there’s another room that houses the Father and Son Mystery, and you’ll also meet a cute cat and dog.

Gizeh West Excavation Tunnels
For the most part, there’s no reason to head to the restricted area in the far west of Gizeh. Not only is the area swarming with Nazis, but the mainline quests rarely take you to that part of the map.
However, there’s actually more to the area than meets the eye. The Nazis are having issues with power, so there are wires to reroute and generators to turn on. You can then take an elevator down into the depths to find some more secrets. As long as you can get in without being caught, the tunnels in the west of Gizeh are well worth exploring.
Equip Indy’s Wehrmacht disguise before heading into the restricted areas in Gizeh.

Sphinx Tunnels
Gizeh is full of hidden tunnels and caves, but most of them are in open areas or you visit them during the game’s main story. However, there’s a set of tunnels around the Sphinx that you only visit if you explore or complete all of the side quests.
If you go to the left side of the Sphinx, if you’re looking at it from the front, you’ll see a way down below it. You’ll need to sneak past some Nazis, but it’s worth it for what you’ll find below. Provided you’ve progressed the story enough, you’ll meet Gina down there and begin completing some puzzles.

Returning To Shanghai
The Shanghai section of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is one of the best parts of the game. Not only is it an unexpected location, but the linear section includes some of the best set-pieces in the whole story.
Since the main Shanghai section is so linear, you wouldn’t expect to be able to return to the city. However, by opening your journal, you can. There’s also a surprising amount to see if you do as well. Not only can you retread your steps, but there are extra secrets and collectibles to find that you won’t have been able to grab the first time.

Sukhothai North Camp Hidden Underwater Tunnels
The main gadget you get in the Sukhothai section of The Great Circle lets you breathe underwater. In some part of the game’s final open area, you can only get to certain places using the gadget.

If you head to the large restricted area in the north of Sukhothai, and head to the large tent at the back of the area, you can head inside and see a hole in the floor. Jump down there, and you can use the breather to swim around the underwater tunnels and reach other parts of the restricted area without being seen. They’re really useful shortcuts if you want to get in and out quickly, .

Sukhothai Boxing Ring
There are There are three underground boxing rings to find in The Great Circle, one in each of the game’s open areas. The ones in The Vatican and Gizeh are woven into the main areas, but the one in Sukhothai requires you to go a little off the beaten path.

If you’ve reached the end of Indiana Jones And The Great Circle’s story, you’ll be looking for more things to do.
To get to it, you need to get in your boat with Gina and leave the main town. Head right and stay to the right edge of the river. You’ll soon stumble across a small dock with a door just off it. That is the door to the Sukhothai boxing ring. Since there is nothing else on the part of land, there’s no other reason to stumble across it.

Great Vault In Iraq
The Great Vault is the toughest puzzle to complete in the whole game. Located right at the bottom of the mines in Iraq, which you visit at the end of the game, it’s a huge wall full of mysterious holes.
To complete it, you need to put Ancient Relics into the correct holes so that they’re all filled up. To open the doors, you need to find every single Ancient Relic in the game. If you’ve done that, head to Iraq to open the door, as you’ll likely have missed it the first time you visited that location.
