Though these Stardew Valley characters can’t be romanced, they still remain some of the best in ConcernedApe’s indie title.

Whether players aim to deepen their friendship with Penny or romance her and win her affection, the perfect gifts will make all the difference. As with other NPCs in Stardew Valley, players can give Penny up to two gifts per week, and one more on her birthday, which takes place on Fall 2.

Updated on December 15, 2024, by Ashely Claudino: Gamers can talk to the various villagers in Pelican Town to build a friendship. Loved and liked gifts will work particularly fast, but disliked and hated gifts will have the opposite effect. This guide has been updated with a table listing Penny’s loved, liked, disliked, and hated items in Stardew Valley.
