- MOONTON Games unveils new logo for MLBB.
- The new fire logo has been in active discussion since September 2024.
- This new logo for MLBB unifies the branding with MCGG.
MOONTON Games‘ popular mobile MOBA title Mobile Legends: Bang Bang officially reveals its brand new fire or flame logo. We reported back in September 2024 that a new flame logo is actively being considered. Finally, at the M6 World Championship Grand Finals, MLBB has confirmed its new fire logo.
From the design point of view, it is evident that MOONTON Games has carefully designed this logo. The design aesthetics is well synced with the logo of its new title Magic Chess: Go Go (MCGG). Even during the announcement at the Axiata Arena, Malaysia, MOONOTON Games has confirmed this.
With MCGG unveiling its esports plans as part of MOONTON Games’ 2025 esports roadmap, it is crucial for fans to feel a strong connection to the MLBB IP. MOONTON’s decision to align the logo designs of both MLBB and MCGG reflects a strategic effort to create a cohesive and unified brand identity.
The new MLBB fire logo has been in active discussion for a while now
Last September when we reported about the fire logo (image attached below), we noticed some changes to that. The edges around the logo have been fine-tuned to match the existing MLBB logo. The fiery orange colours have been deepened. The flames have been given a proper shape so that the fans do not feel like the logo is very different.
That being said, the new MLBB logo symbolizes the burning passion of the gamers and MOONTON Games’ deep commitment to serving its fanbase with a greater priority.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang new fire logo launch date
The release date has not yet been announced officially. However, the launch should be in December 2024 itself. If my assumption is correct, the new MLBB fire logo will be released with the Peerless Light patch update on December 18, 2024.
