Black Myth: Wukong’s 1.0.12.16581 update added a number of new features, including Boss Refights and Boss Rush Challenges, but one particularly helpful feature for completionists is the addition of Journeyer’s Charts. These helpful items give the Destined One access to a map of the area they’re exploring, with six to collect throughout the game.
Collecting all 6 of Black Myth: Wukong‘s new Journeyer’s Charts will make navigating and tracking down easily overlooked areas far easier, making this the perfect time to jump in if you haven’t started the game, or to run through NG+ and pick up anything you missed.

How to Get a Journeyer’s Chart
Once you visit a Keeper Shrine in the first region of the game, Black Wind Mountain, you’ll automatically receive the Journeyer’s Chart for Black Wind Mountain. This allows you to view a detailed map showing the locations of any Keeper Shrines you’ve visited. While this first Journeyer’s Chart is a freebie, getting more of them will cost you some Will.
Each time you enter a new chapter of the game, you’ll need to track down a Keeper Shrine before you can get the Journeyer Chart for the area. Once you’ve found a Keeper’s Shrine, you can buy it from the shop there. Of the maps, the maps for Chapter 3 onward are of the most use, since the areas grow more sprawling and tricky to navigate as you progress further. Chapter 6 is a particularly open area that can prove especially troublesome to explore thoroughly, while Chapter 4’s winding underground areas benefit greatly too.
Each of the Journeyer’s Charts is a stylized map of the area and will show the position of the Destined One and any Keeper Shrines they have already visited, with a total of six Charts to collect across the game’s six chapters.
