Wigglytuff, much like Raichu, suffers from being in the shadow of its pre-evolution. However, the Pokemon TCG can resurrect the popularity of almost any character, and Wigglytuff has been receiving more attention in recent years. While its best cards primarily hail from top-tier vintage Pokemon sets like Jungle, Wigglytuff joins its Kantonian peers in Scarlet & Violet: 151.

Pokemon TCG: The 13 Most Valuable Pikachu Cards
Pikachu is Pokemon’s most recognizable character. Some of its cards are worth a pretty penny…
The first generation of Pokemon is ripe with nostalgia for the simplistic yet adorable designs that first introduced us to Pokemon. Wigglytuff doesn’t lay the same claim to the overwhelming popularity of Pokemon like Pikachu and Charizard, but there are still several scintillating cards depicting Wigglytuff enjoying life.
Cards are ordered according to their TCGPlayer Market Price, the average price you might pay for a copy of the (first edition, where applicable) cards below.
Given the age and rarity of these cards, only those with an established market price on TCGplayer are included.
However, sale prices differ depending on the card’s condition, so this market price is just a rough idea of the card’s value.

Wigglytuff ex: Scarlet & Violet 151 (Ultra Rare) – $8.44
Perfectly Pink
Let’s look at one of Wigglytuff’s latest forays in the Pokemon TCG, as this Pokemon finds an appropriate home in Scarlet & Violet:151. The first generation is all about simple, but iconic designs, and this card’s background perfectly fits that theme, offering a stunning background for this adorable pink blob to shine.
Wigglytuff has seen its fair share of ups and downs thus far, surging into the double digits in late 2023 and returning to those highs around the end of 2024, but is struggling to maintain consistency in its value. Despite the alternating peaks and valleys, this card will likely remain sought after for years to come, at minimum as a necessity for set-makers.

Dark Wigglytuff: Neo Destiny First Edition (Uncommon) – $8.85
The Other Side
Wigglytuff takes a thematic turn for the worse in this car, as the once happy-go-lucky sweetheart we’ve come to know and love falls to the dark side. While it’s uncertain whose chair Wigglytuff is in, it’s giving Giovanni energy, especially with that mischievous, angry expression.
The first edition version of this card is the clear favorite, with damaged copies starting at $2.00, followed by moderately played (MP) cards jumping into the five-dollar range. However, lightly played (LP) cards are only a bit higher, with sales around $6.97, followed by near-mint (NM) cards selling for just shy of nine dollars.

Wigglytuff: Base Set 2 (Holo Rare) – $9.06
The Rule Of Two
Base Set 2 gave us the first major reprint of existing art in the Pokemon TCG, collecting some of the best choices from sets like Jungle, and, of course, the original base set. While the original version of this card appears in Jungle, the Base Set 2 version still holds solid demand among Wigglytuff’s most valuable cards.

Despite its age, this card’s price chart still sees heavy shifts at the bottom end of the condition spectrum, as the floor for this card bounces on either side of two dollars. If you’re looking for the cleanest copy possible, expect to pay right around the market price for this card.
3
Wigglytuff: Skyridge (Rare) – $13.72
Perfect Harmony
While Skyridge is known for having some of the most expensive cards on the market, there are still plenty of affordable gems to find in the set. This simple scene accentuates Wigglytuff’s pink palette with a dark background to juxtapose this Pokemon.
The shade of pink used here is more akin to bubblegum than any other version of Wigglytuff thus far.
While the reverse holo version of this card commands a higher price, it doesn’t boast enough sales to separate itself from the rare. However, as a point of comparison, you can expect to pay roughly $13 for an NM copy of the rare version, while the reverse holo in the same condition can hit highs above $30.
2
Wigglytuff ex: Hidden Legends (Ultra Rare) – $55.11
Shine And Awe
Hidden Legends is a vastly underrated set that tends to fly under the radar whenever discussions about the best vintage sets come up, but this card embodies the set’s stunning style. Take one look at Wigglytuff’s face, and you’ll be wearing the same expression on yours when you see this card up close.
While this vintage gem is difficult to fully appreciate through a screen, it still boasts solid sales ranging from $23 for an MP copy, with NM cards sitting around the market price. You can find LP cards for roughly $35, offering a nice middle ground if you don’t necessarily desire the cleanest card.
1
Wigglytuff: Jungle First Edition (Holo Rare) – $70.28
The Joy Of Victory
You might be having déjà vu, but don’t worry, this valuable card from Jungle has a few key differences that separate it from the Base Set 2 version. The first and most obvious difference is the symbol on the bottom right of Wigglytuff’s frame, depicting the Jungle symbol instead of the stylized “2” associated with BS2. The second difference is unique to this version – the first edition stamp.
While this card comes in an Unlimited variant that doesn’t tout the first edition stamp, the first printing carries a heavy premium. If you like to collect cards in NM condition, then the price difference between an unlimited and a first edition is staggering, with the former reaching $35, while the latter can double this price, with sales exceeding $70.
