A new Zenless Zone Zero chart is estimating the total number of Polychromes players will be able to earn throughout the duration of the upcoming Version 1.4 update. The massively popular urban action RPG from HoYoverse has introduced a plethora of things for players to do throughout its three post-launch updates. HoYoverse has added everything from new story content and combat challenges to even introducing new arcade games to Zenless Zone Zero throughout the game’s first five months. However, one of the game’s biggest draws remains its diverse and colorful cast of characters.
Throughout the game’s initial updates, HoYoverse has debuted plenty of new fan-favorites to Zenless Zone Zero‘s playable roster. Version 1.0 S-Rank character Ellen has remained one of the game’s most popular DPS characters, while others like Qingyi, Caesar, and Yanagi have become staples of the game’s most powerful teams. HoYoverse has even seen some of its cast members go viral on the internet, with Burnice seeing massive excitement following her “Burning Desires” trailer. Now, fans will have plenty of chances to add new characters to their teams in Version 1.4.

Zenless Zone Zero is rewarding fans with free Polychromes in Version 1.4 as thanks for the game’s recent awards show nominations.
A new chart shared by prominent Zenless Zone Zero leaker Palito is teasing the wealth of Polychromes available during the upcoming Version 1.4. The update’s new permanent gameplay additions boast some of the highest Polychrome counts for the update, with “Hollow Zero – Shadows Lost” awarding players up to 2,000 Polychromes and 32 Boopons. Each of the update’s events will also award players with sizable sums, with 800 Polychromes available from “Bangboo vs. Ethereal” and 360 from “Collab Designer.” Zenless Zone Zero‘s Version 1.4 update will launch early next week on December 18.

Zenless Zone Zero‘s Version 1.4 is set to introduce several new pieces of permanent content to the game, with plenty of Polychromes available. The new “Agent Date” mechanic, allowing players to visit different locations with their characters, will reward 100 Polychromes for each in-game date. The new Research Objectives associated with the updates to Hollow Zero are also expected to pack in a significant stack of Polychromes, with 2,500 total Polychromes as rewards. Players will also be able to earn more Polychromes from resets to permanent game modes like Shiyu Defense and Hollow Zero.
The wealth of Primogems in Zenless Zone Zero‘s Version 1.4 update comes alongside two of the game’s most highly-anticipated character releases.
