What To Do With The Radio Frequencies

If you’re looking for a quick, optional quest with a decent reward midway through Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, it’s a great idea to look for the radio frequencies that Gina mentions after you visit Nawal for the first time. These small red cards found in enemy camps throughout Gizeh can be turned in to Gina back at the tent, and when you find all four, it unlocks a bonus treasure hunt.

Since you need all four frequencies if you want to get the reward, it pays to have some idea of where to look. This guide has all four locations in one place.

You need to talk to Gina in Nawal’s tent to start the quest to find the frequencies before you can start collecting them.

Meteorological Station

The Meteorological Station, just south of the center of the map, is the same place where you can solve the Cloud Atlas Mystery. Enter the side room of the main tent, where you can find the notes with clues for the combination lock, and walk straight ahead. The frequency card is on the desk at the far side of the room.

Wehrmacht Camp

There’s a fenced-off camp just east of the Khafre Excavation Site that has a radio frequency. Even if you have the Wehrmacht Uniform, an officer at the main entrance is likely to see through your disguise. The safest way in and out is to sneak around to the east side of the fence and crawl through a hole under the stone ridge there.

If you get caught, avoid using guns or the whip, as the sound will bring every soldier in the camp running after you.

Once you’re through the fence, enter the large tent right in front of you. There will be some guards, so if you don’t have the uniform you may need to fight. The frequency card is on the table immediately to your right as you enter; either grab it and get out the way you came as quickly as possible, or loot the rest of the tent for extra valuables.

One of Gizeh’s many tombs holds an additional secret in Indiana Jones And The Great Circle.

Khafre Excavation Site

The center building of the Khafre Excavation Site is a mess tent for the soldiers. You can approach it with the Worker Disguise, but you’re only allowed to enter if you’re wearing the Wehrmacht Uniform. Of course, if you’re sneaky enough that nobody sees you, it doesn’t matter what you’re wearing.

The lockers on the north side of the tent have one of the frequencies, plus a Medicine Bottle to the left for good measure. They’re easiest to collect if you approach and enter from the north, and you can do so on your way to rescue Sidney as part of the Savage Predicament mission.

Voss’ Office

The large map room below Voss’ office has a radio frequency card. Check the table near the main entrance, opposite the wall with the banners.

It will be ahead of you and to your right if you stand behind the desk.

What To Do With The Radio Frequencies

Once you have all four frequency cards, return to Nawal’s tent and place them on the desk next to Gina. She’ll give you a new note to read, then mark your map with four red X’s. If you go to these locations, you’ll find wooden boxes tucked into crevasses and corners that contain 100 Reichsmarks each. Finding all four will go a long way toward purchasing the last few Adventure Books available in Gizeh.
