How To Complete Letter To A Friend In Fantasian Neo Dimension
After arriving at the Royal Capital, head to the Town Center. There, you’ll find an old man sitting on a bench who will give you the Letter to a Friend side quest. The table below outlines the correct order in which you need to speak to the NPCs to locate the person who was aboard the Uzra.

Use the Warp Device to fast travel to Vence and head to the Harbor. Speak to the man crouching near the barrels, inspecting them. |

After speaking with the man, proceed to the City Hall and talk to the receptionist behind the desk. |

Head to the Sandview Inn, located to the left of Central Vence, and talk to the girl sitting on the couch. |
