How to Get Blossom Beetles

Blossom Beetle Location

Blossom Beetles are primarily found around the Meadow Activity Support Center in Breezy Meadow. A Warp Spire is conveniently located near the building, but players who have yet to unlock this location will need to travel a considerable distance south from the town of Florawish. Blossom Beetles are often seen rolling Florapom—a ball of white and yellow flowers—around the grassy terrain.

To catch Blossom Beetles, or any other bugs, players must equip the Bug Catching outfit, Afternoon Shine. By holding the ability button (right-click on PC), players can sneak up on the beetles until the net glows, signaling that they are close enough. Releasing the ability button at this point will successfully catch the bug.

Players can assign the Afternoon Shine, and other Ability Outfits, to the Ability Wheel (Tab on PC) for ease of access.

Players can also use the tracking feature in the lower left-hand corner of the map to locate the general areas where Blossom Beetles will appear. After catching at least 50 Blossom Beetles, a more precise location tracker will become available, making future searches even easier.

Dig, Pear-Pal

Another way to obtain Blossom Beetles is through the Dig, Pear-Pal feature, accessible via the Pear-Pal device (Escape on PC). This feature functions similarly to Expeditions in Genshin Impact, allowing players to passively gather specific resources over a set period of time. To unlock Blossom Beetles as a collectible resource in Dig, Pear-Pal, players must catch at least one in the wild first.

Players can choose from four duration options: four hours, eight hours, 12 hours, or 20 hours. Longer durations yield greater quantities of the selected materials upon completion. At Mira Level 28, players can assign up to four different materials for digging, providing a nice passive way to gather resources like Blossom Beetles.

Resonance Store

The final way to obtain Blossom Beetles is through the in-game store under the Resonance tab. Players can exchange Tranquility Droplets, a currency earned from receiving duplicate 3-Star items in either the Limited or Permanent Resonance (gacha), for various collectible materials.

The items available in the Resonance store are in limited in quantity but will refresh monthly. Players can purchase up to 10 Blossom Beetles per month, with each costing 8 Tranquility Droplets. Since Tranquility Droplets are a rare resource, it’s generally advisable to prioritize spending them on Revelation and Resonite Crystals—essential for Resonance pulls—before considering purchases of collectible materials like Blossom Beetles.
