One of the mysteries is called “Fortune’s Reach,” which involves Indy going after a couple of thieves who’ve stolen artifacts from the excavation site. This sets him on a detective-style hunt to track down the thieves and get to the bottom of the matter. However, he’ll soon find that their search for riches had them meeting a thief’s end — literally.

To start the Fortune’s Reach mystery, players can simply head to the Worker’s Camp and grab the Wanted Poster from a tent right next to Nawal’s tent. The Wanted Poster will include information about the thieves dressed as diggers, and one of them has been seen going southeast of the road from the Worker’s Camp.

Reading the note will begin the Fortune’s Reach mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Tracking The Thieves

Collecting the Wanted Poster will mark a location on the map that players must head to. Upon reaching the destination, you’ll discover a bucket of paint spilled in the sand with some footsteps leading away from it.

Snap a photo of the bucket of pain to start the next phase of solving the mystery. Now, Indy must track down the thief by following a trail of red paint-covered footprints in the sand.

Now, following the thief’s footsteps is a little bit tricky, as they become increasingly faint as you continue down the trail. However, here are some directions that can help you keep track of footsteps, making it easier to find the thief.

It’s recommended that you read the directions and view the images above for visual directions.

After snapping a photo of the paint bucket, keep following the red footsteps and turn right in the direction of the tent.
Arriving at the road, the footsteps seem to disappear on the ground. However, all you need to do is keep moving forward, and you’ll catch up with the trail of footsteps crossing the road and going to the other side.
Cross the road and reach the other side, then keep following a slight downward path and to the right to arrive at an entrance to a small cave.
Entering the cave, Indy will discover a collapsed tunnel with the legs of the thief sticking out of the sand. Grab the Graverobbing Plan note next to the body, which will mark the Fortune’s Reach quest as complete.

In addition to the note, you should also grab the True Grit adventure book, which will allow you to take less damage when down to the last bar of health. Completing the Fortune’s Reach mystery will also award players with 225 adventure points in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
