The latest Black Ops 6 Zombies map, Citadelle des Morts, is packed with secrets to uncover and Easter eggs to hunt. Some of these can be missed pretty easily, an example being the Undercroft wall puzzle.

Located in the depths of the French castle, the puzzle involves a bunch of runes and can be confusing to decipher. It’s also crucial to the progression of the main quest, so you’ll have to complete it in order to get to the final boss encounter.

If you’re struggling to locate the puzzle or wondering how to complete it, here’s everything to know about the Black Ops 6 Zombies Undercroft wall puzzle on Citadelle des Morts.

How to complete the Undercroft puzzle in BO6 Zombies

Before we get into the puzzle, you’ll need to purchase the Melee Macchiato Perk-A-Cola for 2,500 Essence. The Perk-A-Cola machine can be found in the courtyard right before the castle entrance. After grabbing it, head past the Oubliette Room and take the stairs leading down to get to the Undercroft area.

Follow these steps to find and complete the puzzle:

  1. In the Undercroft, head towards the wall on the far side. You’ll find a patch of loose bricks, melee it using the Perk.
  2. This will expose the wall puzzle, which is a collection of glowing blue symbols.
  3. Now, head back to the Tavern near spawn and look for six black vases with numbers and a symbol on them.
  4. Four black vases are kept on tables on the ground floor. One is sitting on the bar counter, and the last one is on a counter upstairs right in front of an eagle portrait.
  5. Go up to each of the vases and interact with them to reveal a number/symbol combination.
  6. Memorize these combinations and head back to the wall puzzle.
  7. All you have to do now is shoot the symbol in the correct order to complete the puzzle.
