Fortnite: Best Marvel Skins
Marvel has plenty of skins in Fortnite, ranging from comic appearances to the MCU, and here are some fan favorites.
All Spider-Man skins in Fortnite provide a great sense of personality, as the cross between Fortnite originals, Marvel Comics renditions, Sony’s Spider-Man Cinematic Universe, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, cross together in one gigantic-sized game, allowing Marvel collabs to run free, and provide players with the opportunity and the know of how to get Spider-Man in Fortnite, and for how much, and when they first appeared.
Updated on December 11, 2024, by Jake Fillery: Fortnite’s largest collab comes from Marvel, and countless characters and variants have come to the Item Shop and the two Marvel x Fortnite Seasons over the years. Yet, one character that has his own universe of characters, the Spider-Verse, has featured more than any other. Spider-Man, his variants, multiverse allies, and villains, has featured plenty in Fortnite over the years, and it’s time to chronicle all the Spider-Verse skins in Fortnite so players can check in with their favorites and see which one they want for the Item Shop.
22 Spider-Punk
An Arachnid Anarchist
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,800 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 6 Season 1
- Release Date: December 7, 2024
Coming in as one of the most recent, and one of the best skins in Fortnite, is Spider-Punk. Spider-Punk was a beloved character from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and it seems that love has spilled over into Fortnite, as players can grab Hobie for themselves to bring the punk and the webs into Fortnite with one combination.
Hobie’s art style is directly taken from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and it looks like it belongs in Fortnite‘s own world. Players can wear Spider-Punk with the mask or without it, as well as without his colorful outlines to truly make this a Spider-Verse skin worth cheering.
21 Spider-Man Noir
A Hardened Spider-Man from an Alternate-1930s
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 6 Season 1
- Release Date: December 7, 2024
Spider-Man Noir features in a universe that’s all about noir and the Great Depression era, and his art style perfectly reflects that. Adorned in a dark color palette, Spider-Man Noir looks like he’s been plucked out of his home dimension in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse to join the colorful sights of Battle Royale.
While Spider-Man Noir might not know how to solve a Rubix cube, or know what colors are, or even what a Griddy is, he’s still someone who can pack a punch as 1933’s one and only Spider-Man voiced by Nicolas Cage.
20 Peter B. Parker
An Older Spider-Man Who’s Now a Spider-Dad
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 6 Season 1
- Release Date: December 7, 2024
Peter B. Parker may have once been the one and only Spider-Man, but when a Multiverse of possibilities opened up, he soon realized that he wasn’t so alone after all. This is a Spider-Man who knows the burden that comes with power and responsibility thanks to his appearance in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, but he’s also a Spidey who knows how to save himself.
Peter B. Parker comes from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and this variant finally seems happy to settle down with Mary Jane and have a kid. Peter B. Parker wears a fluffy pink gown to reside in his responsibility as a father to a newborn, but that won’t stop him from getting Victory Royales.
19 Agony
The Charged and Dangerous Symbiote
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,800 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 4
- Release Date: October 22, 2024
Agony brings forth yet another Symbiote, doing away with spandex and bringing an assortment of frights for Fortnitemares 2024. Agony is featured as part of this Halloween-themed collab, and this Symbiote is certainly more trick than treat unless players view her snacking on people as a treat for herself.

While there may be a limited selection, some Marvel and Spider-Man games allow players to experience the thrills and action of becoming Venom.
Agony’s dark purple design brings forth a live-action depiction of the Symbiote from the comics, and those who want to see more of Agony can either grab her from the Item Shop or see her briefly in Venom: The Last Dance (2024).
18 She-Venom
Venom’s Bond Takes a Woman’s Touch
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,800 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 4
- Release Date: October 22, 2024
Those who remember Venom (2018) might recall when Anne Weying briefly bonded with the Symbiote in order to save Eddie. Their synergy created She-Venom, a brief but memorable version of Venom that most certainly wasn’t the hulking monster that led a trilogy.
She-Venom’s variant comes from Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSMU) in an effort to rival that of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with just characters from Spidey’s past. She-Venom is one of those live-action anti-heroes who featured in the Item Shop, albeit as briefly in the shop as she was in the movie.
17 Spider-Woman
The Private Investigator and Occasional S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 4
- Release Date: October 21, 2024
Spider-Woman swings into the Item Shop in October of 2024, providing a Marvel Season with yet another Marvel character. Spider-Woman might not be the most famous of the Web-Heads featured, but she certainly deserves her flowers, as this is a hero who has been around for a long time and battled her fair share of bad guys and Skrulls.

Marvel’s Spider-Man has had his fair share of video game adaptations, with these being the very best titles to feature the Wall-Crawler.
Spider-Woman is definitely her own hero, and any association with Spider-Man will be met with a bit of disdain, especially since this icon doesn’t see herself as a copycat, and instead, Jessica Drew knows for a fact she can do it all.
16 Iron Spider
Iron Man’s Iron Prodigy
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 4
- Release Date: August 24, 2024
Coming in hot from Marvel’s Civil War storyline is the Iron Spider suit. This outfit is designed over the comic version of the story rather than the MCU’s departure from it, and the Iron Spider comes with a few notable goodies. Seeing the bright scarlet reds and the brimming golds adorn this Spider-Man costume looks great, even if fans are a tad divided on the head underneath.
The unmasked variant of this outfit has Fortnite‘s own rendition of Peter Parker, and it might not be the image that some players expected. Yet, Spider-Man’s symbol matters more than the man underneath, so to see these bright colors join the game is a fun addition.
15 Mysterio
The Fishbowl-Wearing Master of Illusions
- Page 11 of Chapter 5 Season 4’s Battle Pass
- Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 4
- Release Date: August 16, 2024
The fishbowl of Mysterio is as iconic as the villain’s illusions. This great villain has been trouble for Spider-Man throughout the decades, and it seems he’s come to the Battle Royale island to continue the tradition of being a villainous threat to heroes and wall-crawlers alike.

Fortnite brings forth Absolute Doom, and another Marvel season of the Battle Royale takes hold, with plenty of iconic Marvel characters joining in.
Mysterio joins the Marvel squad of villains in Chapter 5 Season 4, and his attire looks great, translated from comics to games with great talent. Mysterio’s fishbowl takes center stage, and it might make for an obvious target for headshots, but it’s part of the charm.
14 Black Cat
New York’s Flirtatious Thief
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks (unconfirmed)
- Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 4
- Release Date: September 14, 2024 (unconfirmed)
One of Spider-Man’s more crafty and confused villains is Black Cat, who is the sometimes enemy, sometimes ally, and sometimes romantic interest to Spider-Man. Black Cat joins the growing roster of Marvel characters in Fortnite thanks to Chapter 5 Season 4 with a comic-accurate costume.
The long white hair, and the catsuit with fluffy fur on the gauntlets and shoulders, all make for a great rendition of her comic costume, and it will be fun to see Black Cat run around Battle Royale either seeking out Spider-Man or hunting for gold bars.
13 Spider-Man (Miles Morales)
The Rookie Spider-Man From Another Time
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 4 Season 2
- Release Date: May 23, 2023
The Miles Morales skin was released into Fortnite as part of their collaboration with Across the Spider-Verse. Miles Morales, as such, is wearing the Spider-Man suit that he created for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, which has left some disappointed that it was not the first suit from Into the Spider-Verse.
What’s great about the Miles Morales Spider-Man outfit is the fact that he looks like he was teleported straight out of his own dimension. The dimensions, cartoonish style, and outfit look brilliant in Fortnite’s vibrant scenery. Players also have the choice between two styles, the Earth 1610 variation, and the unmasked Miles Morales style, providing the choice between a mask-on or a mask-off look.
12 Spider-Gwen
The Spider-Person of a New Dimension
- Accessed on Page 10 of the Chapter 3 Season 4 Battle Pass
- Introduced in: Chapter 3 Season 4
- Release Date: September 18, 2022
Spider-Gwen is an iconic Marvel character that fans loved from her first comic page to her debut in the Spider-Verse movies. Unfortunately, she came to Fortnite as a Battle Pass outfit, meaning to the players that didn’t unlock her during Chapter 3, Season 4 by reaching Page 10, she is locked out forever. It’s a shame, as Spider-Gwen is another character who looks like she was taken straight from the movies, with her unique visual style, dimensions, and attire.
Spider-Gwen in Fortnite also came with 5 styles, allowing players to choose how they wanted to express themselves in the game as their favorite wall-crawler from another dimension. The visual appearance from the Spider-Verse movies works great for her pastel aesthetic.
11 Spider-Man 2099
The Tragic Spider-Man Who Wants to Save the Multiverse
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 4 Season 2
- Release Date: May 23, 2023
Just like the Miles Morales outfit, Spider-Man 2099 was included in the crossover event with Across the Spider-Verse, which also brought along the Mythic Spider-Verse Web-Shooters. Spider-Man 2099 is featured in his Across the Spider-Verse attire, which stays close to home with the character’s classic look.
Whilst Spider-Man 2099 doesn’t feature an unmasked version, much to the disappointment of many, he does still come with his pretty cool tattered neon cape that he briefly wears in the movie itself. His build is also large, like the movie, showing how well Fortnite does their collab skins justice.
10 Prowler
A World-Class Criminal and Extremely Dangerous
- Complete Prowler Challenges from Chapter 3 Season 2’s Battle Pass
- Introduced in: Chapter 3 Season 2
- Release Date: April 19, 2022
The Prowler was an interesting addition to Fortnite, for he was a relatively small Spider-Man villain, riding off of the success of his appearance in Into the Spider-Verse and his connection to Miles Morales’ Spider-Man. Prowler entered Fortnite before his nephew, and his outfit was a mix of a Fortnite original design for the Marvel villain, and the Spider-Verse film design as a whole.
It’s strange to lock this character behind a Battle Pass, but Fortnite did just that, and to acquire the Prowler, players needed to have purchased the Chapter 3, Season 2 Battle Pass, and then completed the plethora of Prowler Quests, all of which, are now unavailable.
9 Spider-Man
The One and Only Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
- Unlocked on Page 9 of Chapter 3 Season 1’s Battle Pass
- Introduced in: Chapter 3 Season 1
- Release Date: December 5, 2021
Spider-Man swings into this competitive multiplayer game thanks to Chapter 3, Season 1, debuting on a brand-new Chapter, on a brand-new island! Spider-Man brought Web-Swinging to Fortnite, along with his classic and most famous suit, with a touch of Epic Games’ own talent for flair. Spider-Man is an icon, but sadly, he is stuck in the game, reduced to an exclusive Battle Pass skin, so for players asking how to unlock Spider-Man in Fortnite, it’s sad to say that if they weren’t there for Chapter 3, Season 1, they are out of luck.
It’s a shame too, as Spider-Man comes in his most classic comic appearance, and even brings along some pretty cool styles if players manage to unlock them. Spidey comes with some iconic costumes throughout his comic history, like the Symbiote Suit and Future Foundation Suit.
8 Spider-Man (No Way Home)
Tom Holland’s MCU Spidey Swings to Fortnite
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 3 Season 1
- Release Date: December 17, 2021
Strangely enough, the Spider-Man (No Way Home) outfit is not only the second Spider-Man skin but also the second Tom Holland skin, marking a fairly rare feat for the actor to be two Fortnite skins, since he also appeared as Nathan Drake from Uncharted in Fortnite. Fans of the MCU Spider-Man, and in particular, No Way Home, could bring in Spider-Man’s red and black outfit seen in Far From Home and early into No Way Home before an outfit change.
Sadly, this skin doesn’t come with the newest red and blue variation seen at the end of the movie, but it does come with three styles: Unmasked (With Tom Holland’s face), Masked (The classic Spidey appearance), and Black & Gold Suit (The suit inside out, as seen in the No Way Home movie).
7 Spider-Man Zero
The Battle Ready Friendly Neighborhood Wall-Crawler
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 3 Season 3
- Release Date: June 17, 2022
Fortnite and Marvel have a rather good relationship, so much so, that the companies joined up for a Fortnite x Marvel comic series with Zero War, and the first issue brought about a new design for Spider-Man. This design could be obtained in-game through the use of a code when purchasing the first issue of Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War, or, later in the Fortnite Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks.
The outfit itself is fairly unique, and it’s almost like a cross between Spider-Man and Power Ranger. It seems that this Spidey is ready for war, and it’s a great design choice for a Spidey who has to face the Zero Point, as well as 99 other players armed with guns and a system to keep on spawning after each elimination.
6 Venom
A Symbiote With a Complicated Relationship
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 2 Season 4
- Release Date: November 21, 2020
A Symbiote with a complex relationship to its hosts, Venom arrives on the Fortnite island, surprisingly before Spider-Man himself thanks to a 2020 debut. Venom comes complete with his comic glory, with the large chest emblem, tongue, and moving eyes, as well as an Extreme style option. Venom is also unique in his size, doing away with the usual smaller Fortnite bodies, but still using their hitboxes to make the game fair.
Originally, Venom debuted as a skin for those who ranked high enough in the Venom Cup on November 18, 2020, but he has since become a staple of the Marvel Item Shop. Venom has a complicated relationship as a part-time villain, and a full-time anti-hero as the Lethal Protector, so the Fortnite island might be perfect for him.
5 Eddie Brock
Eddie and Venom Come in as an Odd Couple
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 2 Season 8
- Release Date: September 24, 2021
The Eddie Brock skin is one of the most awesome collabs in Fortnite, as it’s essentially two outfits in one. For fans of Tom Hardy and his depiction of Venom, the Eddie Brock outfit provides a great opportunity, especially since players can emote as Eddie and immediately switch to Venom, providing the game with a unique character model.
Despite being updated as recently as December 2023, the Eddie Brock outfit has still not made a reappearance and was last seen on December 29, 2021. There’s still hope, and the incoming Venom 3 may change that.
4 Carnage
The Chaotic Symbiote Who Wants to Paint the Town Red
- Unlocked on Page 10 of Chapter 2 Season 8’s Battle Pass
- Introduced in: Chapter 2 Season 8
- Release Date: September 13, 2021
A Symbiote with deep roots in the Spider-Man mythos, Carnage was born from Venom, and he arrives to the Fortnite island to spur up trouble, as is his namesake. Carnage’s appearance is less a collab for his comic style, and more so for his appearance in Venom: Let There Be Carnage. The skin is pretty cool, and has some gross meat sounds when he walks, providing him with a unique sound design for his movement, albeit, a distracting one to listen to.
Sadly, Carnage is no longer available, as he was exclusive to those who reached the final page in Chapter 2, Season 8 Battle Pass. If players reached Page 1 of the Bonus Rewards for that season, they’d also get the Maximum style, which provides extra tendrils for the reactive back bling that he comes with.
3 Mary Jane Watson
Spide-Man’s Love Interest, and Marvel’s Jackpot
- Purchased from the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks
- Introduced in: Chapter 3 Season 2
- Release Date: March 24, 2022
Whilst Mary Jane and Peter Parker have had an odd relationship in recent years, going so far as to say that they barely have a relationship at all, it’s still nice to see Fortnite honor arguably the most important character in Spider-Man’s life with Mary Jane Watson receiving her own outfit, complete with her red hair, charismatic flair, and a Spider-Man t-shirt.
Mary Jane Watson is a beloved character, and her relationship with Spider-Man is extremely important, marking one of the best romances in Marvel Comics. Even if recent times have been unkind to them both, it’s nice to see that Fortnite has them together.
