Yesterday, despite CD Projekt Red claiming it was done with the game last year, Cyberpunk 2077 received a huge new update. The update included new vehicle customization options, more than 100 new character customization options, a new Balatro-themed side-quest, and major changes to the game’s Photo Mode.

In Photo Mode, players can now spawn in three of Cyberpunk 2077’s NPCs for a virtual photoshoot, and of course, one of the first things players have done is recreate some iconic memes.
Iconic Memes Have Been Perfectly Recreated In Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk 2077’s new photo mode has gone down a treat, with multiple players sharing their meme creations on the Cyberpunk subreddit.
The first, shared by makavelinow, replicates the meme in which WWE’s AJ Styles is seen smiling while a glaring Undertaker stands behind him. Makavelinow uses Johnny Silverhand, complete with his flowing locks, in the role Styles, while the terrifying Adam Smasher plays the role of The Undertaker perfectly. 10/10. No notes.
Slightly more complex to recreate, but just as good, was EthanMcelroy628’s version of the distracted boyfriend meme. Here, Johnny Silverhand plays the role of said distracted boyfriend, taking a cheeky glance at Alt Cunningham while Rogue stares disapprovingly at him.
“Do you got games on your phone?” is a common meme used when a close-up photo is taken of somebody’s face, usually a child or an animal, from an angle around or just below the chin.
Clownsanity_Reddit recreated this with four of that game’s core cast members, with Johnny and Judy looking the best.
Less of a meme, and more of a recreation of a famous scene from an anime, hen1zin has made their own Cyberpunk 2077 x Attack On Titan scout regiment.
Here, Jackie, V, Johnny, and Rogue are lined up, standing with their hands across their hearts, pulling the Shinzō wo Sasageyo pose made famous in the anime.
Surprising nobody, gamers are creative, and I imagine we’ve barely scratched the surface of what’s to come from Cyberpunk’s new photo mode changes.
Developed by CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 is a first-person action role-playing game based on the Cyberpunk tabletop RPG. You must choose your path through life in the lawless Night City, while contending with the memories of Johnny Silverhand (Keanu Reeves).
