9

Buddy

Capital Island

Buddy is the first NPC who joins you at the beginning of the game and stays loyal until the end. His little antics are adorable and slightly unfortunate, like tumbling over his feet or the constant sneezing. He is still always up for the adventure.

Buddy’s personality is also just precious. He constantly sees the brighter side of things, and though it’s partially due to his naivety, he is still hopelessly adorable. He is, quite literally, a ray of sunshine, even when he is unsettled by an island or a particular person.

8

Lindsay

From Capital Island

Lindsay is also there from the start and is probably the most eager to join you on your adventure of becoming the Royal Wandolier. Her little pirate-themed outfit is cute and perfect for adventuring, and she is always ready to help you with the maps and mana.

Though Lindsay can be a bit blunt and sarcastic, and you can often see her scolding and interacting with Buddy, but she can be very endearing and sweet. She has her moments of absolute positivity and they really shine through.

7

Roxy Road

Cowboy Junction

Roxy resides in the Cowboy Junction Island where she keeps three adorable cows who are always escaping their pens. One of her little quirks is the need to be clean and to clean, so you will frequently see her trying to sweep away the dust outside on the dirt roads.

Roxy is also nearly covered head to toe in yellow and her house is almost entirely bee-themed. Her aesthetics are sweet as honey as well as her personality. Even her name is a reference to the ice cream Rocky Road.

6

Rusty

Cowboy Junction

While at the start, Rusty is a nuisance when you first arrive at Cowboy Junction. He robs Chef Gino and Ol’ Gabby, as well as sabotaging several areas in Cowboy Junction, which you have to fix. Eventually, you have to confront him.

Upon talking to Rusty, you will find out that he has started robbing people because he is lonely and he isn’t sure how to become friends with anyone. He turns out to be rather sweet and eventually will start to befriend Ginny.

5

Violet Nightshade

Cutopia

Image of the player looking at Violet from MySims: Kingdom.

On an island where everything is specifically themed to be bright and cute, Violet is the complete opposite. She dresses in all black and wears darker makeup and accessories, but this doesn’t mean she isn’t cute.

Violet comes across as really sweet, she is rarely negative, even when one of the islanders is quite rude to her. Nearly all of her interactions are quite positive, and she is even affectionate toward a few of the residents on Cutopia, though she does seem to despise Cutopia for aesthetic differences.

4

Poppy

Cutopia

Poppy is Violet’s sister who fully embraces Cutopia, in fact, she literally embodies it. While she doesn’t make a lot of requests nor do you have a lot of interaction with her, she is always kind and quite eager to meet you, Buddy, and Lindsay.

Poppy adores flowers, and you can frequently go back to visit her for rewards as you collect all the special flowers on the islands. She is constantly cheerful and the interaction she has with Buddy when they first meet is sweet.

3

Summer

The Royal Academy

Image of Summer, Chaz, Travis, and the player all standing inside from MySims: Kingdom.

Summer is from The Royal Academy Island and she is absolutely adorable. She comes across as the bubbly and popular cheerleader in high school, as you can often see her pulling out pom poms to do a quick little cheer.

When you meet Summer, she is pining for Travis, who is confused about his feelings. She is also a reoccurring character in The Sims universe. If you have The Sims 4, you can find her in Willow Creek where she is still in a love triangle with Liberty and Travis.

2

Yuki

Spookane

Image of Yuki cowering and Buddy, Player, and Lindsay by her from MySims: Kingdom.

Yuki inhabits Spookane, which is one of the spookier islands, and she fits in, but she is very excitable. Most of the interactions you have with her, she is telling you that she is going to bite your face off unless you get her shinies.

Even though Yuki is a little wild, her style is cute. She has little vampire teeth that poke out and the cutest pink and black outfit. Her eyes are also unforgettable, as she has big, shiny pink eyes that make her appear disarming and sweet.

1

The Animals

The Kingdom

There is a bunch of wildlife on the island and you will often be asked to help them, whether it’s relocating them or building them little structures. There are bears, cows, pigs, and even a dinosaur you can eventually visit as you discover more islands.

You can visit a good number of animals you can interact with at Renee’s Nature Reserve as well as Cutopia. Often, though, it falls upon you to lead them back to their pens or area, which can be frustrating, but they are still cute nonetheless.
