Jeremie Frimpong is one of the best defenders you can get in Ultimate Team, benefiting immensely from his upgraded RTTK card, which offers massive boosts to his attributes. 96 Pace helps keep up with any attacker, as even premier players like Vini Jr. won’t be able to get by Frimpong without perfect movement.

While Frimpong’s physical attributes are far from ideal, his contributions to the offensive end of the pitch allow him to influence your offense with an extra option. 92 Dribbling is a huge advantage, so be aggressive with Frimpong when the opportunity arises.

Xavi Simons – RB Leipzig

Much like Harry Kane, Xavi Simons received a much-needed upgrade to his Gold card with his FC Pro Live version, which offered significant boosts to his Passing, Pace, and Shooting to bring them in line with some of the better CAMs in the game.

Simons’ best quality is undoubtedly his Five Star Skill Moves, which make him a dangerous player with the ball at his feet, forcing defenders into costly mistakes.

While Xavi Simons earns his title as one of the best young CAMs in FC 25, Musiala offers a direct upgrade, improving on Xavi’s size, Dribbling, and crispness on the ball thanks to the Technical PlayStyle Plus.

Each player primarily plays CAM and has identical Skill Moves and Weak Foot, but Musiala feels different due to his height and PlayStyle Plus.

You’ll struggle to find a better German player to add to your team because of links to fellow Bundesliga stars, and Musiala will likely continue to receive promo cards that upgrade him further.

If you prioritize players performing in a single role, Rudi Völler is incredibly reliable, provided he fits your style, as he’s a large, but mobile striker. His solid Pace and incredible 90 Shooting for his base Hero card make Voller incredibly adept at scoring from anywhere around the box, like a faster Harry Kane.

Donyell Malen – Borussia Dortmund

Donyell Malen holds a vice grip on the title of “best free card” in EA FC 25 thus far, as he boasts an impressive combination of role versatility, top-tier attributes, and solid PlayStyles that allow him to perform his duties well.

Malen’s FUT Centurions card was distributed as a free reward from the second season pass.

Whether you decide to deploy Malen in the RM position or one of his other three options (LM, ST, RW), he’ll be one of the best options for breaking away from defenders thanks to his Quick Step Plus.

Florian Wirtz – Bayer Leverkusen

Florian Wirtz is one of the best young attacking midfielders in EA FC 25 but has to settle for second fiddle to a deserving winner. The Bayer Leverkusen star boasts 89 Passing and 91 Dribbling to pair with his Incisive Pass PlayStyle Plus, making him effective at decimating defenses.

However, Wirtz’s major weakness is his low Physical attributes, which make him susceptible to being knocked off the ball by stronger defenders. If you excel with elusive players, Wirtz can still be an immense boon to your squad.
