This is especially true because the vast majority of the main characters in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex series have had a good chance to showcase their true power.

For instance, Boruto has showcased what he’s capable of on multiple occasions. Mitsuki went all out against Boruto and displayed a good piece of his strength. It could take a while to figure out what her eyes offer to her and how they improve her in combat. For the sake of the story, the first path works better, and fans can only hope that they get a flashback of Sarada training during the timeskip and utilizing various Mangekyo Sharingan abilities.
