This is everything you need to know about the 2024 Red Bull League of Its Own, a League of Legends-focused offseason tournament with some of the best teams from around the world.
Red Bull 2024 League of Its Own – What is it?
Red Bull League of Its Own is a special, non-competitive tournament with matchups you won’t be able to usually witness in traditional championships.
It’s a friendly tournament where the best teams in the world, such as T1, will get to play with some of the most popular squads from Europe, with special guest appearances and the ability to see some for-fun gameplay by pros. This will be the second edition, following the first one held in 2023.
When is the event taking place?
The 2024 Red Bull League of Its Own will be hosted at the Accor Arena in Paris, France, the same venue as the 2019 League of Legends World Championship Finals.
Participants
This year, a total of six teams will be featured at the event. The first two teams to be confirmed were fan favorites Karmine Corp and T1, with G2 Esports and NNO Old joining the fray. French team Gentle Mates have also been confirmed as the fifth squad, while the last one is yet to be unveiled.
Red Bull League of Its Own Schedule
The event will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2024, during the offseason and right before the end of the year. The full schedule of the event is yet to be confirmed. Last year, the doors opened up at 11:30, with the final matches starting in late afternoon and evening.
The opening ceremony will start 15:00 CET, with the first match starting right after it. Below you can find the detailed schedule. Since it’s a rolling schedule, the starting time can be subject to minor changes (all times are CET):
- 15:00 – Opening Ceremony
- 15:15 – T1 vs NNO showmatch
- 16:15 – T1 vs Gentlemates
- 17:15 – surprise event
- 18:15 – Music showcase
- 18:30 – break
- 18:50 – 1v1 showmatch (Doran and Twitch streamer Alderiate)
- 19:35 – T1 vs Los Ratones
- 20:35 – T1 vs G2
- 21:35 – T1 vs Karmine Corp
Tickets and prices
The tickets are currently on sale and available on the Accor Arena’s website. The prices are the following:
- 2nd category: 40€
- 1st category or KCorp fan area: 60€
- Golden category: 80€
- Premium: 110€
If you’re not watching the event in person, Red Bull will be streaming the event on their official Twitch and YouTube channels. The event will see the presence of several main esports personalities, including Medic (host), Giniro as the interviewer, and Dagda, Aux, Drakos, and Munchables as the casters.

Red Bull League of Its Own – The offline showmatch excellence
With the goal of seeing more League of Legends action, Red Bull Gaming created its own offline event. The event includes some of the most notorious teams from the European region, as well as the 2023 World Champions, T1.
Teams will play electrifying show matches and see teams from various regions and levels of play with the hopes of playing against T1.
Where and when will the event take place?
The South Korean team and the rest of the European teams have headed off to Berlin, Germany, the location of Red Bull League of Its Own, and will play on December 9.

The list of teams playing are:

- Team Heretics
- Karmine Corp
- NNO Old
- BIG
- Eintracht Spandau
Karmine Corp and Team Heretics have been among the most popular teams on the rise in recent times, with KCorp already having hosted show matches at the KCX3 back in September.
In addition to the LEC teams, there will be German teams BIG and Eintracht Spandau from the Prime League (German ERL), as well as NNO Old, a team made of popular League of Legends streamers.
Red Bull League of Its Own format
There will be the following showmatches:
- Berlin International Gaming vs. Eintracht Spandau
- T1 vs. BIG/EINS winner
- T1 vs. NNO Old
- NNO Old vs. Karmine Corp
- T1 vs. Karmine Corp
- T1 vs. Team Heretics
- T1 vs. G2 Esports
All matches are best of one. T1 cannot select champions played in previous matches, excluding bans and non-T1 matches. The restriction is not applied for the final showmatch between T1 and G2. T1’s opponents are not subject to the transition.
- T1 is locked out of all champions that were picked in their matches
- Teams facing T1 have all champions available to them
- This restriction is lifted for the final showmatch between T1 and G2 Esports
Where to watch the event
Fans can watch Red Bull League of Its Own on Red Bull’s Twitch channel starting at 14:00 CET. The first match between BIG and Eintracht Spandau is only viewable on the German Twitch stream.
