Then there is her Ultimate Ability, which sees Storm grab hold of surrounding enemies and trap them in a swirl of fast-moving wind, dealing significant damage throughout. This is a great way to clear a choke point.

Tips and Tricks for Playing Storm in Marvel Rivals
Storm is a team player that can help with all stages of any fight. Using the two modes is key to effectively making her count. Tornado mode can make a big difference when moving towards objectives or trying to catch up with the other team. Once the fight starts, switching over to Thunder mode will definitely help with your damage output.
She is undeniably squishy, however, which means it is essential that you keep close to your teammates as much as possible and away from melee characters. This way, you can help them, and they can help you by drawing attention away.
Let the Weather Work for You
As mentioned earlier, knowing when to utilize each mode is going to help with using Storm. Ideally, you should always start things off with Tornado mode, since you will be on the move trying to meet the enemy at an objective. This will give your team the speed boost necessary to get there first and get prime positions. Plus, there is a bonus when using Goddess Boost, which slows down enemies.
Upon engagement, switch over to Thunder mode and grant damage boosts to every teammate within range. Then, when you see the fight tilting in your favor or you need of swift comeback, use Goddess Boost to amp things up even further and get you closer to wiping the enemy team. The only downside is the long cooldown of Goddess Boost, so keep your eyes on that.

Watch Your Positioning
While Storm can hover in the air, it means you can be an easy target for ranged attacks. Playing Storm well means getting into the right positions as much as you can, and being there for your team when they need you the most. Ambushing enemies is best done from up high, but after that, seek the comfort of your team and structures to avoid getting sniped.
Storm’s Wind Blade normal attack is also something that benefits from great positioning. Its ability to pierce multiple enemies means the team that lines up behind each other are in for a bad time. You will always have a chance of damaging several enemies in tight corridors, so don’t be afraid of unleashing Wind Blade and even Bolt Rush when you can. It can mean the difference between a close fight and a more manageable one.
More importantly, you want to be in the best position when using Omega Hurricane, Storm’s Ultimate Ability. Swooping in and catching the majority of the enemy team within range can easily stack the numbers game in your team’s favor, and any stragglers can be mopped up quite easily after. Never waste Omega Hurricane on a single enemy; it is always better for crowd control and, in a pinch, you can use it to push enemies away from objectives for those precious few seconds to score a win.
