Arataki Itto’s Elemental Burst also provides a massive boost to his damage, so your normal and charge attacks will deal much more damage, while it’s active. If you build up his Superlative Superstrength stacks, he will be easily defeating bosses within a few hits. You can also not ignore Itto’s partner Ushi, which he summons by using Elemental Skill.
Arataki Itto Best Builds
Arataki Itto’s kit relies on using his normal attacks, Elemental Burst, and Elemental Skill at the same time. You also need to charge his stacks of Superlative Superstrength to inflict good damage with his charge attacks.
Arataki’s Elemental Skill summons Ushi, a small bull with the capability of dealing Geo damage at regular intervals. While it’s on the field, you should use Elemental Burst alongside it to get an attack boost.
Arataki Itto DPS Build
Husk of Oppulent Dreams is the best artifact for Arataki Itto as it works well with his stats scaling. A complete four-piece set will increase your defense and boost your damage regularly, which is exactly what you need to get the most damage output.
There are various weapon options for this build, which you should equip depending on the stats you are aiming for. A few good choices include Blackcliff Slasher, Wolf’s Gravestone, and Redhorne Stonethresher.
The Redhorne Stonethresher is the best weapon for Arataki Itto, as it gives both attack and defense boosts and also increases your Critical Damage.
Arataki Itto Defense Build
This build focuses more on raising Arataki Itto’s defense rather than his attack. To do that, you can equip a two-piece Husk of Oppulent Dreams and a two-piece Archaic Petra. Both sets will provide a bonus to the defense stat, which is exactly what Arataki needs to become more formidable and act as a tank.
The defense build is particularly helpful in boss battles, especially in co-op, where you can last against the boss for a long time, while also dealing great damage. As your artifacts provide you with enough defense, you can equip weapons that improve his attack and critical damage stats so either Blackcliff Slasher or Wolf’s Gravestone will work well.
Arataki Itto Artifact Stats Priority
Arataki works the best as a main DPS in your mono geo teams. To maximize Geo damage, you should equip the Geo damage bonus Goblet and level it up to 20. Make sure you have enough Energy Recharge to be able to repeatedly use his burst without waiting for it to charge.
You need to pay attention to his Defense and Attack Scaling to increase his damage. This might get trickier, but if you have the right artifacts and weapons, you can manage the ratio of stats needed on him. As, he is a DPS, critical damage and critical rate will be crucial for his kit.

You can’t ignore his Elemental Skill either, as Ushi is a small but strong bull that deals massive damage in intervals. While Itto is physically engaged in combat, Ushi can hurt all nearby enemies.
