As you’re running through the world of Fantasian Neo Dimension, it might seem rather linear. That is, of course, until you hit Act 2, when the world suddenly opens up to explore at your own pace, and plenty of optional objectives with it.

One of these optional things are the collectibles, Mechterite. They’re spread across the Human Realm, coalescing in places with plenty of people. They’re not just a collectible for the sake of it though, with them letting you get some powerful rewards, Here’s where to find all of the Mechterite in the game.
What Is Mechterite?
Mechterite is a somewhat akin to the Mechteria around the world, sapping your life as you stay near it. Mechterite is that in a much smaller form, condensed into the raw emotions of humans. It is a source of great power, and why Valrika is able to turn it into items in her lab.
As a result of this, it is found almost exclusively in areas where humans dwell. Which means you only have to check areas with a large number of NPCs, and rarely have to put yourself in harm’s way to find them, either.
No Mechterite appears until Valrika gives you the first piece herself.
Every Mechterite Location
There are a grand total of 30 Mechterite to find across the world, and all of them are required to get the whole host of items that Valrika has to create. So without further ado, let’s begin the hunt for every piece of Mechterite.
Mechterite 1
This one is given to you by Valrika once Mechterite is available to collect. It can’t be missed.
Mechterite 2
This one is found in West Vence after draining the canal. It’s right by the entrance to the fortune-teller, and is slightly obscured by the canal itself.
Mechterite 3
This piece is found on the starboard side of the Uzra, near the bow of the ship.
You can also find a lost robot on the port side.
Mechterite 4
This is found in Central Vence, in the south-east by the gondala.
Mechterite 5
This is found in East Vence right in front of a piece of Mechteria.
Mechterite 6
This piece is found in the Town Center of the Royal Capital, right beside a chest up the first set of stairs on the western side of town.
Mechterite 7
This piece is found at the end of the alley on the west side of the Town Center of the Royal Capital. You go here during the True Dimengeon quest.
Mechterite 8
This one is found at the highest point of the Town Center of the Royal Capital, resting at the corner by the wall of a house. This is just up the stairs past Leo’s house.
Mechterite 9
This one is found on the left side of the Colosseum just past the chest.
Mechterite 10
This one is found on one of the two boats on the beach of the Outskirts of the Royal capital.
A lost robot can be found to the left of this.
Mechterite 11
This is found nestled in the right corner before the entrance to the interior of the Royal Palace in the Royal Capital.
Mechterite 12
This is found right beside the well in the Old District of En.
Mechterite 13
This is found on top of the silo tank on the harbour of En.
Mechterite 14
This is found on a somewhat hidden path to the south-west of the Old District of En, right beside a chest.
Mechterite 15
This is found at the end of a wall to the left of the main square in En’s New District. There will be a ladder you can climb to reach here.
Mechterite 16
This is found at the back of a walled house. This area is entered by a gap between two buildings near Sid’s bar. You use this during the Beloved Cat quest.
Mechterite 17
This is found at the back of the Inn by going out through the blue door inside.
Mechterite 18
By going around the eastern side of En, you can reach this piece by walking towards the back of the walled house until you are on the path surrounding it. This is right across from the man and woman by a locked chest.
Mechterite 19
This is at the top of the Lighthouse in En.

Mechterite 20
This is found at the top of the tower of Town Hall in Central Vence.
Mechterite 21
This piece is found right at the very end of the pier in Vence.
Mechterite 22
This piece of found around the corner of the harbour in Vence, beside the drunken man and some crates.
Mechterite 23
Found right by the edge of the Market beside a sign in West Vence.
Mechterite 24
Found at the back of the stall in the centre of the market in the Royal Capital.
Mechterite 25
This is found near the shop with shields on display in the market in the Royal Capital.
Mechterite 26
This is found on the roof of Leo’s house between the two chests.
Mechterite 27
This is found in the backyard of Leo’s House by the broken well that leads to the Maxi Toy Box.
Mechterite 28
This is found on the deck of the Uzra, right by the very back near the pool.
Mechterite 29
This is found in the wide open area in the mountain path that connects the New and Old Districts of En.
Mechterite 30
This is found on the harbour of En on the lower section in view of the moored Uzra.
Every Mechterite Reward
After collecting enough Mechterite, you can give them to the machine in Valrika’s Laboratory back in the Chaos Realm to get some powerful items. Each item requires more Mechterite than the previous one, so try to collect as much as you can before trading them in.
You have to progress through the list of items one-by-one, rather than choosing the order in which you want them. You can’t skip straight to Hermes’ Brilliance just because you have nine Mechterite.

Hermes’ Brilliance |
While you can find a few extra Wizard Belts, every other items here is either exceedingly rare, or one of a kind. The Hermes’ Brilliance jewel is especially great as it offers the highest speed boost of anything in the game. And at this point, you’re likely well aware that extra turns is essential to surviving these battles.
