Fortnite is one of the most popular games and part of this is due to the game reinvigorating itself with season updates.

One franchise that Fortnite has crossed over with is the incredibly popular Dragon Ball. This popular anime has seen many fan-favorite characters depicted in the form of Fortnite skins and cosmetics. That being said, the Dragon Ball franchise still features a wealth of characters who are yet to receive a Fortnite skin. As such, the options for more Dragon Ball skins in Fortnite are plentiful.

8 Yamcha

The Master of the Wolf Fang Fist

Yamcha in Dragon Ball

  • Anime Debut: “Yamcha the Desert Bandit”
  • Manga Debut: “Yamcha and Pu’ar”

Yamcha is one of the most tenured members of the Dragon Ball cast, introduced as a minor antagonist early on in the original Dragon Ball series, before joining Goku as an ally. He is iconic and often the subject of much fan discussion, given his often weak showings throughout the series. This only serves to further make Yamcha an iconic character.

Fortnite would have some options with a Yamcha skin, given his many appearance changes throughout the show. Notably, a Yamcha skin could have a long hair and a short hair variant. The long hair variant could wear the original attire, and the short hair could wear his attire from later appearances. The skin could also feature a Pu’ar back bling.

7 Super Buu

The Final Main Antagonist Of Dragon Ball Z

Super Buu Dragon Ball Z

  • Anime Debut: “Buu Against Buu”
  • Manga Debut: “Two Boos?!”

Majin Buu is the final major antagonist in Dragon Ball Z and has many variations and appearances. One of the most iconic looks is his Super Buu form, sporting a tall and intimidating muscular stature with blacked-out eyes. This form of Buu is likely the most iconic as far as Dragon Ball villain variations go.

Of course, Buu is most known for his large round form, although this would not necessarily suit the Fortnite skin shape. Thus, Super Buu would be a solid alternative for representing Buu. Variants could include the gray Pure Evil Buu, as well as Super Buu after absorbing Gotenks, and another after absorbing Gohan.

6 Launch

An Original Dragon Ball Favorite

Launch with evil personality Dragon Ball

  • Anime Debut: “Look Out for Launch”
  • Manga Debut: “Who’s That Girl?”

Launch is one of the main cast members of the original Dragon Ball series, conspicuous by her absence from the rest of the franchise. She possesses two distinct personalities, denoted by her hair color, and acted as great comic relief in the original series.

The obvious move for a Launch skin in Fortnite would be the inclusion of her two personalities. This would mean having a blonde variant alongside a blue-haired variant. Each could have matching accessories denoting their personality traits, with blonde-haired Launch sporting her iconic gun as a back-bling.

5 Mercenary Tao

A Classic Dragon Ball Villain

Mercenary Tao in Dragon Ball

  • Anime Debut: “The Land of Korin”
  • Manga Debut: “Taopaipai the Assassin”

Mercenary Tao (or Tao Pai Pai) is an iconic villain in the original Dragon Ball. He is a ruthless assassin who brought an uncharacteristic menace to the early parts of the original Dragon Ball series. He is a fan-favorite character and a true standout villain of Dragon Ball.

Mercenary Tao would be a great Fortnite skin due to his two distinct variations. Notably, Mercenary Tao returns as a cyborg, offering a distinct variation of the character. A Fortnite skin for Mercenary Tao could also have a matching log glider, referencing his method of travel wherein he rides upon a log he has thrown.

4 Captain Ginyu

Ginyu Force Rules

Captain Ginyu in Dragon Ball

  • Anime Debut: “Bulma’s Big Day”
  • Manga Debut: “The Ginyu Force”

Captain Ginyu is the lovable and villainous Captain of the Ginyu Force, an elite team of dancing combatants under the employ of Frieza. Ginyu is a fan-favorite Dragon Ball character and the subject of much online praise, making him the perfect fit for a Fortnite skin.

Whilst other members of the Ginyu Force likely wouldn’t make the cut, Ginyu is one of the more recognizable side characters in Dragon Ball. Skin variants may be limited, but Ginyu could surely have a frog back bling in reference to the infamous body-swap frog episodes.

3 Mr. Satan

A True Fan Favorite

Mr. Satan in Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO

  • Anime Debut: “Dende’s Dragon”
  • Manga Debut: “The New Kami-sama”

Mr. Satan, also known as Hercule, is the pinnacle of silly Dragon Ball characters. Whilst slightly irritating early on, Mr. Satan quickly became a main player in the Buu saga and gained the love of many Dragon Ball fans. The goofy nature of Mr. Satan would fit perfectly in the often silly and lighthearted world of Fortnite.

Mr. Satan would be an iconic and very fitting skin for Fortnite. Variants could include both the red and white capes, all including the famous World Championship belt that Mr. Satan is never seen without.

2 Master Roshi

Master Of The Turtle School

Dragon Ball Super Muscular Master Roshi fighting

  • Anime Debut: “The Nimbus Cloud of Roshi”
  • Manga Debut: “Sea Monkeys”

Master Roshi is the wise and eccentric master of Goku, training him and Krillin throughout the original Dragon Ball series, before being ultimately surpassed by their strength. Roshi remains a key member of the cast, however, never being too far from the action of the series.

Master Roshi would be another perfect fit for Fortnite, especially given that his turtle shell back-bling is already in the game. He could have multiple variants aside from the base skin, including his tournament-attending suit, his muscular form, and his Jackie Chun disguise.

1 Krillin

The Strongest Human

Krillin Destructo Disk in Dragon Ball

  • Anime Debut: “A Rival Arrives!!”
  • Manga Debut: “Goku’s Rival”

Krillin is the best friend of and loyal companion to Goku, joining Goku’s adventure early on in the original Dragon Ball series and persisting from there. Krillin is pivotal to the Dragon Ball series, with his position as the strongest human being well-earned through the tenure of the franchise. Krillin would be a logical inclusion to Fortnite, not just because of his position in the series but also because his wife, Android 18, already has a Fortnite skin.

Krillin is partially known for his smaller stature, meaning that liberties would have to be taken for a Fortnite skin. Despite this, there are many options for his inclusion and for variants. Such variants could be his Orange Gi, Battle Armor from the Frieza Saga, and Police Uniform. He could even have the ability to toggle the hair he grows in the latter half of Dragon Ball Z.
