How to Open the Belvedere Courtyard Chest in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
The Belvedere Courtyard chest code is 5238. Those looking to find this out for themselves will need to wait until after they’ve explored the secret passage under the Apostolic Library, at which point, they’ll get the Clerical key from Father Antonio. Indy uses the key to exit the Library and head into Vatican City, where players should be able to see a soldier’s tent right in front of them.
Since you’re disguised as a Cleric, the enemies won’t catch you exploring the tent. You should loot some money and grab some fruit to increase Indy’s stamina later. However, the main thing you’ll want to do is open the locked chest, which harbors some valuable loot. Here’s how you can open the locked chest in the Vatican City’s Belvedere Courtyard in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle.
- There’s a desk to the left of the chest. Open its drawer to take out a movie ticket stub.
- The number 38 is mentioned on the ticket stub, but the beginning 2 numbers are punched out. However, players can rotate the Ticket Stub to reveal the other first 2 numbers, which are 52.
- Combine these numbers to form a code: 5238, and use it on the locked chest to open it.
Opening the chest will allow players to loot some money and a ‘Splinter Smash’ adventure book. Taking the adventure book will allow them to spend adventure points (EXP) in the Journal menu to unlock the combat skill it offers, which allows melee weapons to deal increased damage on their last hit before breaking.
