After players encountered plenty of issues with the first few Throne and Liberty Arch Bosses, Amazon is finally making up for it. For a limited time, you’ll be able to encounter even more Arch Bosses and be in with more of a chance of grabbing their loot. Since launch both the Arch Bosses have been spoiled by server disconnects, broken loot drops, and a plethora of problems. That’s why Amazon is increasing how often you can fight the Arch Bosses for a limited time. But don’t worry, they won’t be leaving for a short while yet.
Since launch, the Throne and Liberty Arch Boss encounters have been fraught with issues. Taking place in the overworld with groups of other MMO players, each fight was filled with disconnects, lost loot drops, and server lag. The first spawns of Queen Bellandir went poorly across several servers, with some players disconnecting and not even able to join back until the fight was over.
Amazon even warned that the lost loot drop issue would “remain present” for the next Arch Boss, Tevent. This turned out to be true, as players were again reporting disconnects and zero loot from the fight. If you’re one of the many who lost out on Queen Bellandir and Tevent loot, then, Amazon is giving you another chance. For a limited time, Arch Bosses are going to spawn twice, two hours apart, so you can do the encounter another time and have a better chance at getting any of the dropped loot.
“Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the recent issues related to Arch Boss encounters,” the official Throne and Liberty game status account writes.
“We understand the frustration this caused to many players, and to ensure players are able to attempt those encounters again, we will be running a limited-time event from Thursday December 12, 2024 through Thursday January 9, 2025.”
“During this event, Arch Bosses will spawn twice on their normally scheduled days, once in peace and once in conflict. The additional spawn will take place at 6pm local server time and the current 8pm time will remain in effect as normal.”
