Franky Franklin

However, sometimes Loid has to dangle something of monetary value to get him to join, like taking some of the spoils from a heist. A former Ostanian soldier and a hopeless romantic, Franky is sociable and outgoing while lamenting his lack of a life partner.

Henry Henderson
Henry Henderson is a strict, no-nonsense fellow with extremely high standards for his students. A History teacher and housemaster, Henry is obsessed with seeing the virtue of ‘elegance’ in his students and their parents and uses it as a criterion for enrolment at Eden Academy.
Henderson is a man of integrity who cares for the well-being of his students. He believes in fairness and that only those who are truly worthy deserve a spot in the academy. He even punched his senior colleague when he went out of line and damaged the school’s reputation.

Sylvia Sherwood
A veteran spy and Loid Forger’s handler, Sylvia Sherwood is the leader of Westalian Intelligence (or WISE). Known as the ‘Fullmetal Lady,’ Sylvia was responsible for training agents, including Loid. She is in regular contact with Loid about Operation Strix, communicating the goals Loid and his family need to achieve.
Sylvia is constantly focused on keeping Westalia safe from all threats. She is no stranger to loss, having lost her own daughter during the war. Despite her steely facade, she is capable of showing a softer side, such as allowing Anya to keep Bond.

Yuri Briar
Although he may seem cheerful and friendly, Yuri Briar is as scary and intimidating as his sister Yor when it comes to doing their jobs. A member of the Secret Police, Yuri Briar is an efficient interrogator known for achieving results.
Yuri was raised entirely by his sister and, as such, is extremely protective of her. However, because he loves his sister very much, he takes all of her nonsensical explanations at face value. He is suspicious and jealous of Loid, believing he’s taking her away from him. Funnily enough, he has no idea his sister is an assassin, just like she has no idea he’s Secret Police.

Becky Blackbell
Becky Blackbell, like most students at Eden Academy, is filthy, stinking rich. However, she doesn’t let it get to her head and becomes Anya’s first friend. Although she didn’t exactly have good intentions of befriending Anya at first, she quickly changes her mind after Anya defends her from Damian.
Becky is quick to defend Anya from Damian and his friends, as well as other classmates who made snide comments about her best friend. Since she was raised in the lap of luxury, she is used to receiving expensive gifts and casually commenting about them as if it’s normal. Becky is academically gifted and strives to appear mature, which is what makes Becky admire Anya in the first place.

Damian Desmond
Damian is the second son of Donovan Desmond, the wealthy leader of a political party and Loid’s target. He grew up surrounded by wealth, but his family life leaves much to be desired. Neither of his parents are ever affectionate with him, and Damian constantly feels inferior compared to his older brother’s academic achievements.
He yearns for his father’s approval, and his interactions with his older brother are painfully awkward. Although he did not get off on the right foot with Anya, Damian didn’t hesitate to try to protect her from harm. He even develops an adorable crush on Anya, though he remains in denial about his feelings.

Bond
An absolutely adorable character in the series, Bond is Anya’s loyal companion and sidekick. He was originally an experiment and met Anya during a bomb plot, eventually joining the Forger family. Like Anya, Bond has a supernatural power that allows him to see the future, which he usually acts upon.
Since Anya is able to read minds, Bond can warn her of bad things to come. However, Bond’s visions aren’t a sure thing and can easily change if certain actions are taken. A sweet and extremely intelligent dog, Bond sticks to Anya’s side through thick and thin.

Anya Forger
Anya is a five-year-old orphan and was once subject to human experiments. She possesses telepathic abilities and can read the minds of others. However, she keeps this gift a secret but uses it to her advantage, lying that she’s six years old to get Loid to adopt her.
Once she realizes Loid is a spy after hearing his thoughts, she makes an effort to help him so that she does not return to the orphanage. Despite not being academically inclined, Anya is a brave and genuinely kind girl who desires a place to belong.

Yor Forger
One of the strongest female anime characters, Yor Forger (codename: Thorn Princess) works a regular office job but is secretly an assassin – a very good one, at that. Despite her sinister and grave personality when ‘in the zone,’ Yor is quite shy and awkward and very insecure about her lack of a love life. The latter – and the fact that Ostania’s government viewed unmarried adults as suspicious – is what pushed her to accept Loid’s marriage proposal.
Like Loid, Yor hides the fact that she’s an assassin. She has difficulties adjusting to normal life due to her abnormal strength and obsessive love of knives. She automatically thinks of murder whenever faced with an issue, immediately thinking of killing another parent so that Anya could enter Eden Academy. However, she is kind and considerate and a naturally hard worker.

Loid Forger
Westalis’ top spy, Loid Forger (codename: Twilight) was charged with maintaining peace between Ostania and Westalis by investigating Donovan Desmond. He had no plans to have a family, but the latter mission required him to pose as a family man. He adopted Anya and hashed out a deal with Yor Briar for her to pretend to be his wife.
Loid was left orphaned and traumatized by war, making it his personal mission to see that no one experienced what he did as a child. Although initially hesitant, Loid gradually warms to Anya and Yor. He slowly learns how to be a good father for Anya as well as grows to respect and care for Yor.
