Fortnite Season 1 OG has made its grand debut, transporting players back to the Chapter 1 island where it all began. Players jumping into this mode will embark on a nostalgic journey, exploring iconic POIs and wielding classic weapons like the Pump Shotgun. But the excitement doesn’t stop there, as Fortnite and Discord have teamed up to offer players a special limited-time reward for their Discord profiles.
Fortnite and Discord have a history of collaborations, with players previously being able to earn the Rift Butterfly Avatar Decoration for Fortnite Remix. This time, players can showcase their bush camping skills by unlocking the Bush Camper Avatar through a unique Fortnite OG Discord Quest.

How To Accept The Fortnite OG Discord Quest
Accepting the Fortnite OG Quest can be done the same way as pretty much any Discord Quest. Upon loading up Discord on desktop, players may be greeted with the quest just above their profile in the bottom left corner of the screen. If this is the case, they can simply hit “Accept Quest” from here. If the quest does not appear, however, Discord users can do the following:
- Load up Discord and head to the Discover tab at the bottom left of the screen.
- Head to the Quests tab.
- Locate the Fortnite OG Quest and select “Accept Quest”.
- Choose the platform that you will complete the quest on (choices include Desktop and Console).
Console players must ensure they are appearing online for the quest to track. Quest also cannot be accepted on mobile.
How To Claim The Bush Camper Avatar Decoration
Once players have claimed the Fortnite OG Quest, all that’s left is to simply play Fortnite OG for 15 minutes to unlock the Bush Camper Avatar Decoration. Although the quest specifies Fortnite OG, any mode will count toward progress, meaning that players diving into Chapter 6 or even Creative can still earn the reward with minimal effort. Simply having the game running for 15 minutes will also work, allowing players to get the reward without actively playing.
After players have logged 15 minutes of playtime in Fortnite, the Bush Camper Avatar Decoration will be available. To claim it, Discord users can return to the Fortnite OG Quest in Discord and select “Claim Reward”. Discord will then prompt the user to use the Avatar Decoration. Players can activate it immediately by selecting “Use Now”.

, after which it will no longer be available. Players who earn the Bush Camper Avatar Decoration will also only be able to
use it for two months
before it inevitably moves to the Discord Shop.
