How to Unlock The Bind in Dreamlight Valley

Unlike the Mythopia and Everafter biomes that have four regions, The Bind only has one subregion : The Library of Lore. You will unlock The Bind pretty early in your Storybook Vale journey when the Lorekeeper and Merida ask you to open it during the A New Chapter quest. You can choose which biome to unlock next, but The Bind is the first one you’ll need to open.

To unlock The Bind, players will need 500 Story Magic to remove the wall of ink. This new currency can be earned easily by doing your Storybook Duties.

Unlocking Goofy’s Stall and Scrooge’s Store

Just like in other biomes, The Bind has Goofy’s Stall where you can buy seeds and ingredients. You’ll unlock it naturally while doing the A New Chapter quest. The good news is that both Goofy’s Stall and Scrooge’s Store in The Bind are completely free to unlock. But as always, saviors have the option to upgrade Goofy’s Stall by spending Star Coins to add more items to its inventory.

Here’s what you can buy from Goofy’s Stall in The Bind:

• Cauliflower Seeds
• Barley Seeds
• Ring Squash Seeds
• Shovel Bird Eggs
• Flyleaf Feta.

You can repair the wishing well in The Bind to unlock fast travel. It will cost you 10,000 Star Coins.
