ARCTIC, known for its PC cooling solutions, has launched a new AMD Ryzen-powered PC that mounts under your desk and delivers silent operation, thanks to passive cooling. Called the Senza, this underdesk PC is not going to top the benchmark rankings, and that is not the idea behind this concept. The Senza is a daily workstation PC that allows you to free up space both on top and below your desk by not having a tower sitting next to you.

ARCTIC Senza: Design and Specifications
ARCTIC’s products are generally well-designed and have great build quality, and that holds true with the Senza as well. It is a rectangular block like a large radiator, but with no fans anywhere. There are two main components of the Senza, the PC and the I/O panel. Being an under-desk mounted PC, the separate I/O panel allows you to mount it anywhere under the desk, with the ideal position being right at the front edge. The PC itself also has some I/O on the back and all you need is a power cable running to the wall.
It has an all-black design with a small ARCTIC logo on the front. The separate I/O panel has markings for the different ports and buttons with the actual ports and buttons on the bottom side.
On the inside is where you will find either an AMD Ryzen 5500GT, a 5700G, or a 5700G Pro, depending on the configuration you go with. The Ryzen 5500GT configuration comes with AMD Raden RX Vega 7 graphics and 16GB RAM, while the other two configurations come with Raden RX Vega 8 graphics and 32GB RAM. All models have a 1TB TCL NVMe M.2 SSD installed as standard.
These low powered components can be found in some entry-level gaming PCs and mini-PCs as well, like the Stratos Micro Gaming Desktop or the AVGPC Mini Gaming PC (SFF gaming PC). However, if the ideal is to clear up desk space and hide the PC, another way to achieve this is PC’s built into the desk.

The Best Budget Prebuilt PCs in 2024
In the market for a budget prebuilt PC? Here are our picks for the best ones to buy right now!
For connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and 2.5 G LAN. The front I/O panel includes a 3.5 mm TRRS combo jack, a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port, and a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A port, along with the power and reset buttons. At the back, you get a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A port, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.0, and a DP 1.2 port.
You may have noticed the lack of a cooling system, and that’s because there isn’t one. This is a passively cooled system. The components are placed in the center of the PC and on either side, the housing serves as the heatsink. Even the SSD is kept cool with the ARCTIC M.2 Pro passive cooler. This leads to silent operation with no moving parts and minimal wear and tear.
The AMD Ryzen 5500GT and the 5700G configurations come with Windows 11 Home preinstalled, but the 5700G Pro configuration has Windows 11 Pro. That’s the only difference between the Pro and non-Pro 5700G models.
ARCTIC Senza: Price and Availability
Unfortunately, the Senza will be exclusive to the European market. The entry-level 5500GT configuration costs 600 EUR (around $633 US) and this gives you a fully plug-n-play PC, but you will need to get a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to complete the setup. The 5700G model is priced at 700 EUR (around $738 US) and the 5700G Pro model is priced at 730 EUR (around $730 US).
