You lost Kina and Cheryl, you just managed to escape from prison, and you’ve finally made your way to the Vibran Royal Capital in search of a solution to all of your problems. But even with all of that, Leo is a bleeding heart, and can’t help but assist the citizenry in Fantasian Neo Dimension.

Fantasian Neo Dimension looks set to be a challenge, especially for those of us entirely new to it.
One such man in the Capital is looking for help in delivering a letter to his friend, and asks Leo would he be oh as kind as to do it for him. He obliges, and this ends up sending you on a quest that really makes you appreciate the postal service.
Where To Start The Letter To A Friend Quest
After escaping the Coliseum, you make your way to the Vibran Royal Capital, a stop on the journey towards the Maxi Toy Box. While in the city, you can pick up many such side quests despite the relatively timely nature of your adventure. One of those is the Letter To A Friend quest.
Found on the lowest level of the city, off to the square to the far left, there is an old man nestled between the wall and stairs. He offers you this quest, asking you to deliver a letter to his friend. Why he chooses to forego the regular postal service, we may never know. Leo gleefully accepts this mission regardless.
Our only bit of direction? Well, his friend was previously aboard the Uzra. So there you must start. That does mean, however, that you can’t actually continue this quest until you’ve reached the end of the Maxi Toy Box and repaired the Warp Device.
How To Find And Deliver The Letter
With the Warp Device repaired, teleport yourself over to Central Vence, and make your way out to the harbour. Graciously, we don’t actually have to board the Uzra and question everyone aboard, as all the guests have already been evacuated from the ship.
Instead, there is a man working on the harbour nearby, only a few steps from the cityside entrance. He is kneeling down by some crates near the steps. Chat with him to learn that all the previous occupants of the Uzra are staying in Vence at the minute, and that your best bet would be to check City Hall.
Unfortunately, you can’t skip right to the friend’s location, even if you know where he is. You have to follow the paper trail first.
From here, a series of back-and-forth happens, so we’ve broken it down into sequential order below.
- Over at City Hall, speak with the receptionist. They’ll tell you to check the Inn for anyone that might be staying there.
- Go to the Inn across the bridge into central Vence, and talk with the sitting woman. She’ll say to check both the Observation Deck, and for anyone on a Waterway Tour.
- Head to the top of the Observation Deck in City Hall, and chat with the woman by the edge, and she’ll mention that people love watching the gondolas from atop the bridges.
- Next, we’re going to West Vence and standing on the bridge by the open market. Chat with the man here, who tells you to check out the bar.
- In Sid’s Bar, speak with the patrons to learn that the person you’re looking for left with a local and is probably staying at their house.
This final one is a bit more vague, but requires you going to the solitary house above where you enter the Fortune Teller’s area in Western Vence. Head to the leftmost part of this area, and close the floodgate here with the valve. Cross over the now-closed floodgate and enter the house to find a man in a drunken stupor, and an older gentleman sat down.
Speak with him to hand over the letter, which just so happens to be his friend demanding back something owed to him. Regardless of this upset, the friend gives you a postcard to return to sender. You’re now free to warp back to the Vibran Royal Capital
The Reward For Delivering The Final Postcard
Back in the Capital, you can find the old man who gave you the quest in the first place residing in the same spot as before. Chat with him to tell him you delivered the letter, and got a postcard in return. No mention is made of the missing object, but that’s none of Leo’s business anyway.
He’s grateful at least for all your effort, and rewards you with an Onyx M, a Mechteria Key, and 5,000 Gold. You should probably save Kina and Cheryl now.
