After entering Act 2 of Fantasian Neo Dimension, the party is suddenly separated and Leo is left with just Prickle and Valrika. Once you make your way back to the Human Realm, you can start to rescue each of your party members one-by-one.

Fantasian Neo Dimension Challenged Me More Than Any Final Fantasy Game Has In Years
Fantasian Neo Dimension looks set to be a challenge, especially for those of us entirely new to it.
After Ez returns to the party, speaking with him back in Valrika’s Laboratory will have him give you a new quest, spurned by his love of the Machine Realm. Finding all the scrap he wants isn’t the hard part though, it’s getting back there in the first place.
How To Make Your Way Back To The Junkyard
After you get this quest from Ez, it might be abundantly clear to you that you need to return to the Junkyard in the Machine Realm. Nice and easy, just warp there. Ah, but that’s the issue. Leo can only warp to places he remembers, and he hasn’t actually visited the Junkyard. Only Cheryl and Kina have. And they got in through more elusive means.
So how do Leo and Ez get there now? It’s less complicated than it seems, the map just makes it hard to read. Warp to the Secret Base for now, and head out from the southern exit. From here, head further south until you reach the elevator platform, and take it up to the walkway. Follow this walkway until you reach the next platform, and take it down.
Follow along here until you can go up another lift, follow this path, take the left lift down, and you will finally be able to proceed into the Junkyard, as is marked on the map.
You can bring the map up at any time and click on the red marker by the Junkyard to make Leo walk towards it. If he can’t reach, then you’re not yet in the right section of the area.
Where To Find Every Piece Of Scrap
Once you actually get to the Junkyard, the missions is pretty linear. Each of the pieces of scrap you need are highlighted by sparkles, making them hard to miss. They’re split across both sections of the Junkyard, with five pieces hidden in each. Here’s each of them:
- Across the first rusted bridge.
- Across the second rusted bridge, east of the chest.
- Past the third rusted bridge.
- A few steps past the previous piece of scrap.
- By a copper circle just before the transition to the next area.
- Right after entering the east Junkyard on a large piece of machinery.
- On a large piece of machinery where the path splits.
- Take the southern path, and then the next west path to find the scrap beside a chest.
- Pass over some rusted bridges to find it beside a turbine engine.
- Found on the same platform as the two terminals at the end of the area.
And that’s it. No enemies, no bosses, no surprises. With the final piece of scrap collected, Ez will come to thank you.
The Rewards For Completing The Quest
As thanks for gathering all this scrap, which Leo is much too pleased to call trash, Ez gives you some rewards. The first is the Poisonthrower, a weapon for Prickle that has a high chance of poisoning enemies. The next is the Sorcery Core, which is one of two items needed for Ez’s next quest.
He also gives you a bunch of crafting materials for himself, including 11 batteries, eight regulator chips, six magic crystals, and nine chaos stones. And with that, Treasure Mountain is complete, the Junkyard has been rediscovered, and Ez has been satisfied.
