While the story of Infinity Nikki takes you on a wondrous adventure across Miraland, the soul of the game truly lies in its undeniably enjoyable outfit crafting and customization. A seemingly endless array of fashion options can be acquired for Nikki in a variety of ways, whether it’s exploration, quest completion, or simply logging into the game, to name a few.
With a colorful wardrobe that gets bigger by the day as you play, it can feel a bit daunting to choose just one outfit for your adventures in Infinity Nikki. However, a nifty tool you may have initially overlooked called Custom Looks allows you to create and save multiple outfits and interchange them while on the go.

How to Make and Equip Custom Looks in Infinity Nikki
Custom Looks is an integral feature of Infinity Nikki’s dynamic outfit customization system, as it provides players with a convenient and reliable way to create multiple favorite looks that can be easily accessed. This feature becomes available soon after completing the game’s prologue and visiting Dada at the Stylist’s Guild in Florawish for the first time.
As you become familiar with the Heart of Infinity and crafting outfits with materials you’ve gathered and/or bought, such as Floof Yarn, you can experiment with what you have in your Wardrobe.
Remember, you can access the Wardrobe anytime by clicking the
dress
icon in the top right corner of your screen.
While in your Wardrobe, make a note of the ‘Custom Look’ drop-down menu at the top left corner, as seen above. This allows you to create up to four separate, unique outfits for Nikki, from your chosen hairstyle down to the incredible assortment of accessories and makeup. After you finish a look that you’re satisfied with, make sure to save it by selecting ‘Save‘ at the bottom left corner.
Once you’re done customizing your desired Custom Looks, exit your Wardrobe. Don’t forget that you can use the game’s Photo Mode to take some fashionable memories as well.
At the bottom left of your screen should be a ‘Switch Outfits’ option. Press and hold the appropriate button and a submenu with your four saved outfits will appear at the bottom of the screen, as seen above. If you want to quickly change up your look, again press the appropriate button located under the outfit you want to equip, and it will instantly appear on Nikki. If you want to edit any of those specific looks, you can press the ‘Edit Outfit’ button on the submenu.
When customizing your outfits, remember that these Custom Looks are solely for fashion. They don’t affect access to your character’s abilities whatsoever, as Ability Outfits are entirely separate.
You can toggle those as needed with the ‘Switch Ability’ wheel whenever you need to collect bugs or catch fish. However, if you visually enjoy the outfits provided with those abilities, they’ll still be available in your Wardrobe, and you can place them on a Custom Look if you so wish.
