The Amazon Games team behind New World: Aeternum has announced the start date for this year’s Winter Convergence Festival, and outlined the holiday-themed content for adventurers. New World: Aeternum’s festive event will transform the titular island into a “winter-wonderland,” dotted with Winter Villages and themed quests with plenty of unique items to collect, and the festivities are confirmed to begin on December 10.

New World was released in 2021 by Amazon Games, and players can join one of three factions: Marauders, Syndicate, or Covenant, to explore and colonize the mid-seventeenth-century land.
