Found below, players will be given the steps they need to figure out how to solve this stumping Mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, or, directly given the answer to the lockbox itself so players can put their fedoras back on, thread their bullwhip, and get back to punching some fascists in the face.
How to Solve A Date to Remember in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
A Date to Remember is a Mystery within the Vatican City chapter, found within the Apostolic Library, an area that only opens once players start the A Nun in Trouble Fieldwork. Heading into the garden area, players can find a tent with a sleeping guard, complete with a shipment container that refuses to open without the correct code.
Within this tent, players can find three notes to aid in their search:
- Code Lookup Table
- Calendar Page
- Secret Delivery Letter
The first clue comes from the Calender Page, where on Wednesday, October 20th, a page marks the shipment’s arrival. This helps show players what days equate to the numbers in the cipher:
- Dom (Sunday)
- Lun (Monday)
- Mar (Tuesday)
- Mer (Wednesday)
- Gio (Thursday
- Ven (Friday)
- Sab (Saturday)
The second clue comes from the Secret Delivery Letter, which details the secret code key: DICE. However, the letter also notes that the code is wrong, and despite the shipment’s arrival on Wednesday, the code is not 4718. The same note is also addressed on October 15th, a Friday on the Calendar Page, which means players need to change the numbers to fit Ven.
Using the Code Lookup Table, players can shift the circled numbers in ‘C’, ‘D’, ‘E’, and ‘I’ to the right, twice, into the Ven column. Players need to find the corresponding numbers that translate to DICE in the Ven column using the Code Lookup Table to get their answers.
A Date to Remember Code in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
- The code for the shipment container in A Date to Remember is 6380.
Once players enter the code, the container will unlock, and players will receive a few goodies:
- Vatican Medicine: A collectible that will detail all medicine bottles located in the Vatican map so that players can easily complete A Remedy for All (Discovery).
- Giovanni’s Letter: Another collectible to score a few Adventure Points.
- 10 Lira: So that players have a little more currency to spend.
Completing A Date to Remember provides an additional 100 Adventure Points to spend on books and upgrades.
