Restoring Fragmented Records Guide (Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls Event)

Genshin Impact Reveals New Characters and Zone in 5.2 Livestream

Ororon and Citlali in Genshin Impact are a duo that’s always bickering with each other. Ororon is growing up and would like to do more, but Citlali can be overprotective and stops him from doing things recklessly. In the Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls event in Genshin Impact, players once again have to face their squabble to save a man whose spirit got lost.

There are many things to do to restore the spirit back to the physical body, like calming down monsters who are attracted by the ritual and restoring fragmented records in Genshin Impact. Unlike the typical puzzle game, this event requires players to meticulously rearrange an image, layer by layer, so that it matches the picture shown on the left side.

The Restoring Fragmented Records section in Genshin Impact Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls event consists of eight stages:

  1. Clairvoyant Shard: Sanhaj
  2. Clairvoyant Shard: Menilek
  3. Clairvoyant Shard: Sundjatta
  4. Clairvoyant Shard: Wanjiru
  5. Clairvoyant Shard: Tupac
  6. Clairvoyant Shard: Burkina
  7. Clairvoyant Shard: Ororon
  8. Clairvoyant Shard: Citlali

Stage 1 – Clairvoyant Shard: Sanhaj

Clairvoyant Shard: Sanhaj stage is a tutorial gameplay, so the reconstruction is rather straightforward. Start from the base of the face, the shadow of the upper part, and then the figure’s attire.

Stage 2 – Clairvoyant Shard: Menilek

Clairvoyant Shard: Menilek stage can be solved without moving layers if players do the puzzle from bottom to top. Meanwhile, here’s how to complete the image from top to bottom:

  • Place two items for the hat.
  • Move the face part and push it down two layers to be under the hats.
  • Put the hair above the face, then lower it three layers down.
  • Create the coat using the other two pieces.

Stage 3 – Clairvoyant Shard: Sundjatta

Here’s how players can solve Clairvoyant Shard: Sundjatta puzzle without moving any layer:

  • Start with the brown triangle to color his facial features.
  • Place the right side of the face.
  • Drag the left side on top of the triangle.
  • Place Sundjatta’s hair and facial hair above the face pieces.
  • Complete the image with collar, necklace, and shoulder piece.

Stage 4 – Clairvoyant Shard: Wanjiru

Clairvoyant Shard: Wanjiru is confusing if players attempt to reconstruct the image without moving any layers, but it can be done by doing these steps:

  • Place the purple box on the forehead section to color the layer on top of it.
  • Place the face/neck/top part.
  • Complete the face with the eyepatch image.
  • Adorn Wanjiru’s head with her hair.
  • Place the right shoulder piece.
  • Take the other purple box on top of the shoulder piece.
  • The left shoulder piece should be on top of everything else.

Stage 5 – Clairvoyant Shard: Tupac

Here’s how players can restore the fragmented records for Tupac:

  • Start with the neck as the base.
  • Place the head, then the hair.
  • Take the blue shape on top of the face, then push it down the layer to color Tupac’s face.
  • Complete the image with the clothing pieces.

Stage 6 – Clairvoyant Shard: Burkina

Burkina is the stage with the most pieces, with eight items to place.

Stage 7 – Clairvoyant Shard: Ororon

Players can start reconstructing Ororon’s image by placing his hair, hoodie, then his face. Next, complete the image with the clothing pieces.

Stage 8 – Clairvoyant Shard: Citlali

Granny Citlali has a lot of layering going on. Here’s how players can restore her fragmented records:

  • Place the base of the face.
  • Drag the braids until they touch the base of the box.
  • Complete the layering of the upper section of her hair.
  • Add the back side of the hair, then push it down four layers.
  • Add the two clothing pieces, each pushed down two layers so that they’re under Citlali’s braids.
