If players are to survive into the high rounds in Black Ops 6 Zombies, then they are going to need Pack-a-Punch. It’s as essential as Jugger-Not and Tier 3 Armor, and players who are hopping into the fearsome dread of the Medieval castle in Citadelle des Morts might want to know exactly how to turn on Pack-a-Punch so that their weapons can receive the damage boost they need to bring about further survival chances.

Black Ops 6: All Weapon Wall-Buys in Citadelle des Morts
Citadelle des Morts has arrived in Black Ops 6, providing Zombies fans with a castle-themed map with a few weapon wall-buys to take note of.
Activating Pack-a-Punch in Citadelle des Morts might be simple, but it’s certainly going to set players back a few thousand points of Essence. Listed below are the two routes players can take to Pack-a-Punch, along with some helpful warnings of what’s to come, and just how they can get Pack-a-Punch fast in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
Citadelle des Morts Pack-a-Punch Route A
Notable Difference to Route B: It Has Deadshot Daiquiri & Stamin-Up
There are a total of 6 doors to buy for Route A to Pack-a-Punch in Citadelle des Morts, and it will set players back a total of 7,500 points.
Spawning in the Town Square, players are going to want to immediately turn left to open the locked door to the Nature Path which costs 750 Essence. Follow the dirt path up to the Hilltop section, where players can purchase yet another locked gate for 1,000 Essence. From here, players will be within the Courtyard, where they can open either the left or right door for 500 Essence (opening one will open the other).
Access either of these rooms with Elemental Pop or Melee Macchiato to enter up the steps to an upper area of the Courtyard, where players will be tasked with aiming the cannon at the Entrance Hall. All players need to do to complete this step is walk towards the cannon and hold the interact button, which will see their character rotate the cannon so it aims at the locked doors to the castle. Letting go of the cannon before it’s finished its pathing will reset its progress. Once players have moved it into position, interact with the back of the cannon to send forth a fireball that will blow up the doors to the Entrance Hall.
From inside the Entrance Hall, pass Jugger-Nog and stick to the left path where players can purchase another locked door for 1,500 Essence. This will take players into the Sitting Rooms, where a short walk past Stamin-Up will take players to an additional locked door that will cost 1,750 Essence, where they will now be running through the Undercroft Stairway where they will be faced with their sixth and final door for Pack-a-Punch for 2,000 Essence, which brings them to the Oubliette Room.
How to Get Pack-a-Punch in Citadelle des Morts
Within the Oubliette Room, there is a blue shipping crate waiting for them in the middle. This shipping crate has three locks that players can either shoot or melee to open the contents of the crate. However, it’s worth noting the violent surprise that awaits players, as within the blue crate is Citadelle des Morts’ Special Zombie enemy: the Doppelghast. Once players shoot all three locks, the Doppelghast will burst from its imprisonment, and Parasites will also spawn to provide additional projectile damage.
The Doppelghast doesn’t have too much health since it’s a Special Zombie in the same class as the Manglers, but it is deadly. The Doppleghast is extremely fast and can be lethal up close and from a distance, so try to open the crate once you have a confident weapon upgraded with Salvage, and perhaps Jugger-Nog just to be safe.

Citadelle des Morts features quite a few Perk-a-Colas for Black Ops 6’s Zombies mode, but not all of them have a machine to call home.
After killing the Doppelghast, it will drop a Blood Aetherium Crystal. Players can now take this crystal and interact with the contents of the blue crate to spawn in Pack-a-Punch. This is a static spawn, and Pack-a-Punch will not move for the remainder of the game and will stay in this spot forever. Here are the Tier costs for Pack-a-Punch:
- Tier 1 – 5,000 Essence
- Tier 2 – 15,000 Essence
- Tier 3 – 30,000 Essence
The Sword Wonder Weapons cannot be Pack-a-Punched
Citadelle des Morts Pack-a-Punch Route B
Notable Difference to Route A: It Has Speed Cola & Vulture Aid
There are a total of 6 doors to buy for Route B to Pack-a-Punch in Citadelle des Morts, and it will set players back a total of 7,500 points.
Spawning in at the Town Square, players are going to want to head right, going East past the statue to open the locked door for 750 Essence. Run through the Upper Village and purchase the 1,000 Essence door that blocks the path to the Courtyard. Once in the Courtyard, players will need to destroy the door that is blocking them from proceeding into the Entrance Hall. This is achieved by purchasing any of the two Courtyard doors for 500 Essence and then entering the Ramparts area and interacting with the cannon to detonate its fireball to explode the locked door.
Now that the Entrance Hall is accessible, go past Jugger-Nog and take the stairs, heading to the right to purchase yet another door for 1,500 Essence. This tunnel will take players to the Dining Hall where they can find Vulture Aid, and yet another door for 1,7500 Essence. Through the Dining Hall Passage, players will enter the Dungeon Stairway, where at the end of the Dungeon will be their sixth and final door for 2,000 Essence. After opening the door from the Dungeon, players will have access to the Oubliette Room, where they can prepare themselves to fight the Doppelghast that lurks within the blue crate.
