Just Pizza Tower before it, Antonblast takes the beloved Wario Land formula and puts a uniquely explosive Crash Bandicoot spin on things throughout its platforming levels.

How Long Does It Take To Beat Antonblast?
Antonblast’s gameplay is as fast-paced as platformers get – but how long will it take you to beat?
Although most of the game has you making your way through specific stages with their own gimmicks, they’re occasionally broken up by challenging boss fights that are even more difficult than all the jumping around.
How To Defeat Brawlbuster
The first of these boss battles will come as a bit of a surprise to unprepared players, as it takes place in the game’s third level after Slowroast Sewer. After stepping into the level elevator as usual, Anton will be ambushed and grabbed by Brawlbuster, the first of Antonblast’s boss battles and one who is no slouch when it comes to difficulty.
As with every level in Antonblast, the stage name will show up as “???” when you first visit it.
You’ll be able to tell it’s Brawlbuster by the background and because it’s the third level overall.
Brawlbuster’s battle takes place in a wrestling ring with ropes that can be bounced off, which should give you a fairly good idea as to what you’re going to have to do to win the fight. The gist of it is that you can only damage Brawlbuster by dashing into the ropes and hitting him like a rocket, although he’ll only take damage from it when he’s taunting at the end of a move.
The first move that Brawlbuster has in his arsenal is trying to clothesline you by dashing side to side after launching himself from the ropes. To dodge this move, you simply need to jump over Brawlbuster until he stops charging at you. When he stops dashing and strikes a pose, it’s time to launch yourself into the rope and toward him for a free hit.
Brawlbuster’s second attack has him leaping into the air and trying to crush you, which is another fairly simple one to dodge. Just avoid wherever he lands, jump when he hits the ground to avoid being shaked, and keep yourself moving until he stops and goes back to trying to clothesline you, eventually giving you the chance to dive into the ropes and deal another bit of damage to him.
The final ordinary move that Brawlbuster will use against Anton is a dive from the ropes. The first thing he’ll do is jump up to them, signalling that he’s about to pull off one of his harder-to-avoid attacks. To dodge it, simply move out of the way as he aims for the middle of the ring and then jump as he hits the ground and sends out a shockwave.
Brawlbuster doesn’t taunt and open himself up for an attack at the end of this move
, so the best thing to do after you dodge is prepare for his next move.
Once you’ve gotten rid of four out of Brawlbuster’s five pieces of health, he’ll go into an enraged state to pull off his final move, which sees him pulling out a chair and walking towards Anton. To dodge this, lead him to the ropes and make him attack them with his chair, causing him to hit himself and open him up for a final attack, which can just be done without diving into the ropes.
Doing so will defeat Brawlbuster for good and unlock Antonblast’s next platforming level. Don’t get too comfortable, though, as the next boss battle is just a few levels away.
