- The trio and their cosmetics can be bought separately or as part of a Spider-Verse bundle.
It’s been rumored for a while that more skins based on characters from the critically acclaimed Spider-Verse movies were coming to Fortnite, but now we finally know which characters have made the cut and have been given a first official look at how they’ll appear in the game. Spider-Punk, Spider-Man Noir, and Peter B. Parker are all coming to Fortnite and will likely be dropping into the item shop on Friday,
Several Fortnite accounts, including Hypex and Shiina, have shared images and videos of the skins, all of which look identical to how the characters appear in Into and Across The Spider-Verse. Spider-Punk’s skin can include the mask or you can use the hero without their mask on, and it even includes the shifting outline effect that surrounds the character in the movies, although there does appear to be a toggle for that if you fear it’s something that might distract you.

Peter B. Parker’s skin has just one style, and it looks pretty comfy. No mask for the older version of Spidey and he’s wearing a pink dressing gown, slippers, and long socks. Spider-Man Noir also has just the one skin but it does a fantastic job of capturing the animation aesthetic that was used for the character in the movies.

Like most Fortnite skins, the Spider-Verse trio will also be bringing a few other cosmetic items along with them. Each of the characters has their own back bling – Hobie’s Amp for Spider-Punk, Mayday’s Diaper Bag for Parker, and a satchel that matches his outfit for Noir. Noir’s accessories also include a Knuckle Dagger pickaxe, and Parker has a broom with a slice of pizza webbed to it that has been dubbed the Slice Sweeper. Spider-Punk’s pickaxe is a guitar, of course, which has the same outline effect as his skin.
If you want all three skins and all of the cosmetic items that come with them, there will be a Spider-Verse Bundle landing in Fortnite’s in-game store at some point on December 6, so this Friday. The bundle will cost 3,800 V-Bucks, but the skins and their items can be bought separately. The prices will differ slightly, though. Spider-Punk’s skin will cost 1,700 V-Bucks where as Spider-Man Noir’s will be 1,500, for example.
The Spider-Verse trio aren’t the first crossover characters to arrive in Fortnite during Chapter 6 even though the new season isn’t even a week old yet. Big Hero 6’s Baymax is available now, and Godzilla will join him soon. It was also rumored that Yakuza and Tekken might arrive on the island this season, but no sign of them yet.
Starting life as a tower defense game, Fortnite has become one of the biggest video games out there. Its battle royale mode dominates popular culture, featuring concerts by megastar musicians and crossovers with just about every brand imaginable, from Marvel to the NFL.
