As part of Fortnite‘s Chapter 6 update, the game’s XP has been streamlined, effectively reducing the amount that can be earned per day. Fortnite Boosts XP Rewards and Bonuses
In a post on social media, Epic Games has confirmed that it is boosting Fortnite‘s Daily Bonus Goal rewards, up from 60k to 75k each day. While still not as much as it was previously, especially since the Daily Quests were broken into different game modes instead of being streamlined for any of them, Epic is also increasing the weekly playtime XP across Save the World, Reload, Creative, and LEGO Fortnite. Finally, LEGO Fortnite‘s Quest XP has been fixed to reward 25,000 XP instead of just 700 XP.
While the changes are helpful, many longtime players are still frustrated at the restrictions, wishing Epic would just go back to the way they were. It’s unknown if Epic will make any additional changes, though it’s clear that the game is as popular as it has ever been. Chapter 2 Remix broke Fortnite‘s own concurrent player record as the finale event took place.
