Zenless Zone Zero Confirms Version 1.4 Special Program Livestream Date and Time

HoYoverse confirms the Version 1.4 Special Program livestream for December 6, giving fans a look at all of the new characters, content, and events coming in the next big update for Zenless Zone Zero. Similar to HoYoverse’s other liveservice games, Zenless Zone Zero continues to churn out new content on a consistent schedule, adding new characters, limited time events, and quality of life improvements.

Currently, Zenless Zone Zero is in the second half of Version 1.3 with Lighter from the Sons of Calydon faction as the featured S-Rank agent. However, all eyes have started to turn towards the next major game update, which fans have known for a while, features the enigmatic leader of Zenless Zone Zero‘s Hollow Special Operations Section 6 faction, the Void Hunter Hoshimi Miyabi. With excitement building, HoYoverse has finally confirmed when fans can see her and the rest of Version 1.4 in action.

Zenless Zone Zero Leak Reveals Major Change to Miyabi’s Kit

New leaks from Zenless Zone Zero are hinting at a major adjustment being made to the pre-release kit of Version 1.4 character Hoshimi Miyabi.

For many players, Hoshimi Miyabi continues to be one of the most highly anticipated characters to join the continually expanding Zenless Zone Zero roster. As expected, Miyabi is the headlining character for Version 1.4, then to be replaced in the second half by her Hollow Special Operations teammate, Asaba Harumasa. As for which A-Rank agents are joining them on the limited time banners, nothing is official, but recent Zenless Zone Zero leaks for version 1.4 seem to indicate that Piper and Soukaku will be up first, followed by Lucy and Seth in the second half.

While the characters will likely be the big news for many fans, the livestream event will also highlight some of the other new content coming to the game alongside Version 1.4. Nothing is yet official from HoYoverse directly, but if recent leaks are to be believed, Version 1.4 has plenty of quality of life updates on the way, in addition to new Bangboo, W-Engines, and other content. Specifically, Version 1.4 is changing the Zenless Zone Zero Decibel mechanic, moving it to each character rather than being shared by the entire team.

Many fans have also wondered when or if Zenless Zone Zero would start offering reruns for previous limited time banners. HoYoverse’s other big title, Genshin Impact, began this process with its own Version 1.4, so some expect Zenless Zone Zero to follow a similar path with the other S-Rank Ice Agent, Ellen Joe, being heavily rumored. However, with the new Storm of Falling Stars banner showcasing Zhu Yuan, some have wondered if perhaps that could be a clue of her return.

Don’t go into the Hollows.
I know, I know, there’s Ether in the Hollows, bizarre creations, even heritage of the old civilization, all precious treasures. But don’t forget, there’s also spatial disorder, monsters and mutants running rampant, and ultimately, a disaster that could swallow the world. They are not a place where ordinary people should go.

Or at least, don’t go in alone.
If you insist on getting into danger, go to New Eridu first.
This city where the good and the bad mix has many people who need the Hollows: Powerful wealthy tycoons, gangs that stalk the streets, conspiracy nuts, and ruthless officials.
Make your preparations there, find strong allies, and most importantly—
Find a “Proxy”.
Only they can guide people out of the maze-like Hollows.
