Konosuba Fantastic Days is releasing five offline apps without any collaboration related content
KonoSuba: Fantastic Days is a comedy adventure RPG based on the massively popular KonoSuba series, written by Natsume Akatsuki. While the game provided an enjoyable story with voiceovers, many fans weren’t that happy with the overall gameplay experience. Moreover, the devs made an unfortunate announcement to shut down the game on January 30, 2025.
However, there was a glimpse of hope for an offline version, mentioned in the EOS announcement. That is finally becoming a reality as the devs have revealed their plans in their final Konofan livestream to launch five offline apps for the fans to continue enjoying the captivating story and interact with the various characters even after the game ends.
The five offline applications from Konosuba Fantastic Days will include:
- A card viewer and battle animations app.
- An app featuring full voice interactions of every character in the game, along with Live2D animations.
- An app featuring a collection of various BGMs loved by the fans.
- Two separate apps, featuring the main story and all the event stories, both fully voiced.
Although you won’t be able to enjoy any of the collaboration-related content from the online game in these five applications, it is understandable. I must say that the devs really cared for the fanbase, as they did not release one or two but five different applications for the fans who loved and cherished the game.
