Filming for Amazon’s Fallout season two already started last month, leaving fans beyond excited to see more of the show’s post-apocalyptic adventures. To add even more enthusiasm for its return to the Wasteland with Lucy, the Ghoul, and the suits at Vault-Tec, set images of Fallout season two could uncover a specific location from the Fallout: New Vegas game that might appear in the series. Released in April 2023, and created by Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet for Prime Video, the Fallout TV series is based on Bethesda’s long-running post-role-playing video game franchise of the same name and set two hundred years after the apocalypse.
Starring a line-up of incredible actors with the likes of Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, Xelia Mendes-Jones, and Walton Goggins, Amazon’s Fallout TV show had already reached a huge milestone with its first season by accumulating 100 million viewers worldwide and 65 million viewers in its first 16 days of release. If that wasn’t enough, the series also picked up 17 Emmy nominations, so it’s little wonder why the sci-fi western, which depicts the aftermath of the Great War of 2077 and is set in a retrofuturistic society where citizens must gauge a dangerously unforgiving wasteland, got the green light for a second season.

Fallout Season 2 Could Be Taking Fans To Novac
As showcased in a post on Reddit and social media platform X, fans of the Fallout series have recently been spotting possible set locations for when season two of the series rolls back around. In one of the images, the sign for Novac, which is a settlement that players of the game come across in Fallout: New Vegas, can be clearly seen. For those who might not have had the pleasure of dipping into the game before watching the series, Novac is located in the Mojave Wasteland, along the old Highway 95, in Fallout: New Vegas. One of its most noticeable landmarks is Dinky the T-Rex statue and Dino Dee-lite Motel.
If Novac turns out to be a location for Fallout season two, the series could introduce the character of Craig Boone from Fallout: New Vegas, a sharpshooter who resides in Novac and protects the town as the night watchman. The introduction to this hard-hearted soldier could open up one of Fallout: New Vegas‘ most heartbreaking narratives, in which Boone’s wife was taken from him and the tragedy of what follows.
Season two of Fallout will see the return of many of its stars, but newcomer Macaulay Culkin’s role has left fans puzzled. Some theories have suggested that the Home Alone actor could be jumping into the shoes of the conman Fantastic, or he could be taking on the role of Fallout‘s Arcade Gannon, a witty and intelligent scientist. Either way, it seems as though fans will have a lengthy wait ahead to find out as Fallout season two looks like it might not air until 2026.
