Cookie Run: Kingdom is set to release the new Version 5.13 update “The Grand Cookie Games”. The update will be available after maintenance which will be held around 06:00 – 10:00 (GMT+9). The new update coming on December 4 will bring the year-end Grand Cookie Games.
Some portions of this update’s content may change before its release. The finalized changes will be available in the patch notes once the update is complete. As it is, the new update will be filled with new content such as new Cookies, New Episodes, Limited Events, Toppings, Treasures, QoL updates, and more!
Cookie Run: Kingdom Version 5.13 Update: New Cookie Characters
Epic Cookie: Choco Drizzle Cookie
- Rarity: Epic
- Type: Ambush
Skill Description: Choco Drizzle Cookie hides amidst the shadows and applies a Penumbral Mark and Consuming Darkness upon the farthest enemy (targets Cookies first), then deals a series of 8 hits to the target and nearby enemies. If the target has a Penumbral Mark, it will trigger Drizzle Strike, dealing additional damage. If the Penumbral Mark is on a Cookie, it will carry over to the nearest Cookie after the original target is eliminated, decreasing Choco Drizzle Cookie’s remaining Cooldown.
The Cooldown decrease can trigger up to 3 times per battle. If the Penumbral Mark is on a non-Cookie target, the carry-over effect and a decrease in Cooldown will not be triggered. If an enemy’s HP falls below a certain level, Choco Drizzle Cookie will identify their weakness and perform Drizzle Strike immediately, dealing greater damage. This effect can trigger only once for each enemy. Upon using her skill, Choco Drizzle Cookie will prioritize targets with a Penumbral Mark, ignoring any taunt effects.
Epic Cookie: Pudding à la Mode Cookie

- Type: Bomber
Skill Description: Pudding à la Mode Cookie’s arms transform into plasma cannons and emit powerful plasma beams towards enemies. Next, the Cookie will call upon her drones, which attack the same targets during her regular attacks. Drone attacks are regarded as Pudding à la Mode Cookie’s regular attacks. Drones will prioritize targets with a Penumbral Mark.

New Resonant Toppings: Iris Gem
Check out new Resonant Toppings that can be used by certain Cookies. These Toppings can be equipped by Choco Drizzle Cookie, Pudding à la Mode Cookie, and Green Tea Mousse Cookie. You can use Resonant Toppings together with regular Toppings to activate set effects. Resonant Toppings have higher bonus effect values than regular ones. Resonant Toppings may have a different set of bonus effects than regular ones.

Sublime Cake Tower Expansion
Challenge yourself to greater heights with this expansion. Create Cookie teams and defeat ferocious monsters for sweet rewards. Choco Cake Tower will have an additional 10 Trays, bringing the total to 25 Trays. Difficulty will be lowered for Trays 1–15. Strawberry Cake Tower will have an additional 50 Trays, bringing the total to 150 Trays. Difficulty will be lowered for Trays 1–50.

Arcade Arena
Fight in the Arcade Arena, with unique features and effects each new season. Enjoy three different battle modes in the Arcade Arena.
- Season 1: Battle of the Epics: Duration: Dec 4, 06:30 – Dec 18, 09:59 (GMT+9). Only Epic Cookies can fight in this mode.
- Season 2: Ultimate Clash: Duration: Dec 18, 10:00 – Dec 31, 09:59 (GMT+9). Cookies of all rarities can fight in this mode.
- Season 3: Epic Showdown: Duration: Dec 31, 10:00:00 – Jan 15, 05:59 (GMT+9). Only Epic Cookies can fight in this grand-scale battle mode.
Each season will have different rules and seasonal Cookies available. The tallying period will begin before the season ends. Please note that battling will become temporarily unavailable during tallying, but the Arcade Arena Shop will remain open. The pool of playable Cookies will differ depending on the season.
Enter the Arcade Arena with Arcade Arena Tickets and fight in battles. These tickets are refilled automatically with time (x1 every 3 hours) and can be purchased with Crystals or by watching an ad. A new rule will be added in the last week of the season to promote battle strategy diversity. Plan out your strategy in the practice mode. Players can set up their attack teams and test strategies without a separate defense team.
Arcade Arena has tiers ranging from Chocolate to Grandmaster. Your tier will reset to Chocolate once the season ends. Claim rewards depending on the tier reached at the end of the season and upon reaching a new tier. Purchase items in the Arcade Arena Shop with Arcade Arena Coins earned by winning battles. The number of Coins differs for each tier. Please note that the Shop will stock different items for each season.

Race other Cookies in the Town Square, utilize items, and strategize to reach Finish first. Run with MyCookie! will open at the following times. Please note that all times below are in GMT+9.

- 05:00 – 07:00
- 11:00 – 13:00
- 16:00 – 18:00
- 20:00 – 22:00
Run with MyCookie! can be played by 4– 8 players. The mini-game consists of several rounds. Each round has a Safety Tile that players must reach within 10 seconds. Your action points will decrease if you have not reached the Safety Tile when the round has ended. Slide by using your Action Points, which increases your movement speed. Jump over obstacles and go around No-step Tiles. Jump and slide to go over difficult tiles. Number Tiles will appear starting from Round 2. Players can claim items if the number of Cookies standing on the tile matches the number at the end of the round. Item Chests will appear starting from Round 3.

Choco Drizzle Cookie’s Neon Sign
Collect “Neon-Rimmed Specs” to meet Choco Drizzle Cookie! Meet Choco Drizzle Cookie and claim various rewards in this event. Move on to the next level using the “Three Sisters’ Key.” Reset the current level using the “Three Sisters’ Key,” with the exception of certain levels.
Cookie Run: Kingdom Version 5.13 Update: Miscellaneous Content and Updates
- Legendary Costume Gacha will not include duplicate costumes anymore In case of pulling a Legendary Costume from the gacha, The obtained Legendary Costume will no longer appear in the Legendary Costume Gacha. The chances of pulling the other Legendary Costume will increase.
- Reach Grandmaster and fast-forward all battles up to Grandmaster 5. This effect will be applied on December 25 (GMT+9) with the beginning of the new season.
- Turn Buff & Debuff Icons and Battle Effects ON or OFF in the settings.
- Cookie Improvements: Rye Cookie, Capsaicin Cookie, Tarte Tatin Cookie, Street Urchin Cookie, Clotted Cream Cookie, Madeleine Cookie, Kouign-Amann Cookie.
