12 Sanhua

Sanhua is arguably one of the coolest characters in Wuthering Waves both in terms of her design and personality, and the best part is that she’s given out for free by simply logging into the game for five days. You can also get copies for this character by pulling on the banners where she’s featured or by getting lucky otherwise.

Whenever you use Sanhua’s Resonance Skill, Liberation, or Intro Skill, she creates an ice structure on the field. These can be detonated using her heavy attack, which deals massive damage to the surrounding enemies. She’s a phenomenal sub-DPS for your team as she also buffs a character’s Basic Attack with her Outro Skill.

11 Mortefi

Released during the Version 1.1 update, Changli undoubtedly has one of the best animations and seamless play style in Wuthering Waves. Not only that, she also has a ton of details put into her design like different clothing depending on the amount of Forte stacks she has, which already makes her quite a fun character to play and explore with.

Changli is also a great choice when it comes to the general DPS in the game since her abilities will let you easily clear any of the overworld mobs without even having to switch characters.
