However, Chad Stahelski stated that he would take care of the costs. He revealed that Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo had served as inspirations. So, Chad Stahelski was more than happy to cover the costs of production. This interaction not only shows the respect between the two amazing directors but also how big icons inspire each other. With Chad Stahelski and Shinichiro Watanabe working on Lazarus, fans can expect to see an incredible series.

Lazarus was announced in July 2023, and it was supposed to be released in 2024. But, it was delayed because of production delays. Lazarus will have 13 episodes, but the quality will be high.
