How To Get Levitating Silo Chest and Stash

How To Get Levitating Silo Chest and Stash

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl might not follow a linear adventure format like the Metro series, but the two share more similarities than you might expect. Both games are rooted in the survival genre and emphasize resource scarcity, whether it’s weapons, ammunition, or healing items. This makes scavenging for free items scattered throughout the game world a crucial part of survival.

Fortunately for all stalkers, the Zone in Stalker 2 isn’t overly stingy with resources. There are many places that feature numerous stashes and chests filled with essential supplies, waiting to be looted. One such location is the Levitating Silo, which features both a chest and a stash. To access them, you’ll need to perform a bit of parkor.

Where Is Levitating Silo Located in STALKER 2

Finding Levitating Silo in the Lesser Zone

While the Levitating Silo isn’t particularly hard to locate, many players might overlook it due to its southward location. Many players’ main focus would often be looting around the Zalissya Bar or unlocking the rest of the region. To reach the Levitating Silo, start at the Zalissya Bar and follow the road heading south for approximately 700 meters. Be cautious of anomalies along the way and navigate around them to avoid damage.

After traveling 700 meters, take the off-road situated to the left and prepare to face a mix of enemies, both human and mutant. Clear them out to ensure you can explore the area safely.

  • You’ll find the silo in the southeast direction. And no, despite its name, the Levitating Silo isn’t actually floating.

How To Get To The Chest Located In Levitating Silo

Finding The Chest In Levitating Silo

The chest is located at the very top of the Levitating Silo, so you’ll need to climb up to access it. Start by approaching the silo and using the ladder directly in front of you to ascend. Once at the top, don’t enter the room ahead. Instead, carefully climb onto the railing to your right and jump onto the roof.

From there, navigate to the left side of the roof and look for an opening to your right. The chest containing must-have resources should be directly in front of you, along with a TOZ-34 shotgun and 20 Buckshot shotgun shells on its side. Collect everything and make your way back down cautiously — fall damage is the last thing you want to deal with after a successful haul.

How To Get To The Stash Located Near Levitating Silo

Finding the Stash In A Destroyed House

Unlike the chest, the stash isn’t inside the Levitating Silo itself but it can be found nearby. Take a few steps southeast direction from the silo, and you’ll spot the remains of a house — a skeletal structure that barely resembles a home. The stash is located on top of the scaffolding, requiring some precise parkour to reach.

Start at the northern side of the structure and carefully jump onto the broken wall. From there, take the first wooden plank leading upward. Afterward, jump down onto the wall on the north side. Turn around, and you should see the stash directly ahead. Make your way toward it and claim its contents.

This might take a few attempts to perfect, so don’t get discouraged. If needed, refer to the above video for additional guidance.

The name of the stash and its contents can vary between players. In our playthrough, it was
labeled Unknown Stalker’s Stash
and contained a decent amount of loot. However, your experience might differ, as the stash’s name and offerings are randomized.

Regardless of the specifics, free loot is always worth grabbing, especially in the challenging world of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
