Cancelling Your FFXIV Subscription
There’s a few steps you have to go through to cancel your Final Fantasy 14 subscription.
To cancel your Final Fantasy XIV subscription:
- Log into the Mog Station (https://www.mogstation.com) with your Square Enix account. If you have multiple service accounts, make sure you select the correct one!
- Click “Service Account Status” from the left-side menu.
- Choose “Cancel Subscription” (this button will only be available for active subscriptions).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation. You’ll likely have to press a few confirmation buttons, etc.
You can still play for the remainder of the current subscription period. No refunds are offered, so cancel before the next billing date. Notifications will be sent to your registered email before charges are applied.
Cancelling your subscription won’t erase your data or character information, so if you chose to re-subscribe you can return to the world of FFXIV and find everything is exactly how you left it.
