The Garbage region is right north of the Lesser Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and players will need to find a trader here if they want to stock up on essential survival items. Traders are one of the most important vendors in the game, as you can purchase ammo, medkits, weapons, attachments, and more from them.
When entering the Garbage region in the story, players first visit the Detention Center to meet up with Star during the “Answers come at a Price” mission. After that, players are free to explore this region, but a trader won’t be marked on the map. So, let’s check out how you can find a trader in the Garbage region of Stalker 2.
How to Find a Trader in the Garbage Region of Stalker 2
Players can find the Traders in the Garbage region of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl in the Slag Heap base. You can access the base at the start of “The Price Goes Up” mission. The mission will require you to meet up with Diode at the Slag heap as he’s the technician for Nestor, the Kingpin of the Garbage region.
After making their way to the Slag Heap in Garbage, players can access 2 vendors to buy or sell their items to.
Gunrunner “Huron” the Equipment Trader
Huron will act as the primary trader of Slag Heap, as he can supply you with all the equipment and resources you need to take out the radioactive threats of The Zone. You can find him after entering the Slag Heap from the 2nd entrance and heading into the room on the left with a guide standing beside it.
Players can also pick up the “No Honor Among Thieves” side mission, which helps the player locate Shah’s stash, which contains a legendary SMG weapon.
Bartender “Boozer” the Consumables Trader
Boozer is a Bartender at Slag Heap and will act as your secondary trader in the Garbage region for Stalker 2. He’s a calm guy who mainly sells food and drinks to players. However, you also have the option to sell him all the unnecessary items that are crowding up your inventory for a fair price.
Players can also pick various side quests from him under the name “A Job For Boozer.” These are mainly filler quests that players can undertake to earn some Coupons in Stalker 2.
There’s a 3rd trader called Bruise in the Garbage Region of
Stalker 2
, but he’s hostile for the most part and there isn’t a way discovered to befriend him just yet.
