Memory Lane is the second friendship quest for Flynn’s Rider in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Similar to other friendship quests for other characters, there are some prerequisites, like Hades must be available as a villager and players must have the Elysian Fields area in the Mythopia biome unlocked.
Doing the quest will literally take players along with Flynn down memory lane as he tries to remember what happened to him when he was under Maleficent’s curse. However, completing the quest will bring the rogue a step closer to the truth.

How To Complete The Memory Lane Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once Flynn Rider is friendship level 4, and you unlocked Hades and the Elysian Fields, speak with him to trigger the Memory Lane quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Talking with the rogue reveals he’s been having nightmares about a princess, so both of you head to The Lorekeeper to ask about his memories.
Once the conversation is done between Flynn and The Lorekeeper, a memory will materialize nearby. Pick it up to reveal one part of the memory showing Flynn kneeling in front of Maleficent. This makes Flynn question his actions and leads him to think he is a bad person. To solve this issue, players suggest asking Ursula for help.
To proceed with the Memory Lane quest in DDV, locate the sea witch and ask her about a memory potion. Obviously, she knows how to brew it and requests some materials for you to collect:
- Sea Monster Tooth x1: Fish blue ripples in the Everafter.
- Salt Crystal x5:Fish outside any ripples in the Everafter.
- Lightning x5: Collect it from the grounds of Mythopia. Since the Elysian Fields is the first area to unlock, it will be the closest.
- Olive x8: Harvest it from trees in Mythopia.
- Petrified Wood x16: Mine Rock Spots in The Bind and Everafter.
Hand over the items to receive the potion from Ursula. Meet Flynn back at his house and give him the potion to drink, which triggers another memory orb. Interact with it to witness the second part showing Flynn in Mythopia looking at a missing poster with Aurora on it. As this only seemed to make matters work for him, Dreamers suggests talking with Hades as he used to rule Mythopia.
Sadly, talking with the god of the underworld doesn’t help. Instead, Hades says there’s a box in the house that’s collecting random items. Open the box in his house to find a Tiara. Return to Flynn’s house and give him the Tiara to reveal the final part of the memory, which shows a sad Flynn holding the Tiara. Speak with the rogue one last time to end the Memory Lane quest.
