Since Ravenswatch is a tough game, you’ll be dying a lot. However, dying once isn’t the end of a run because you actually get multiple lives thanks to feathers that are used to revive your character.

10 Most Difficult Roguelikes
These roguelikes will challenge your skills and test your patience like no others.
When you die in combat, you can use one of the feathers you start the run with to revive yourself. You’re revived with full health and refreshed attack cooldowns, giving you a good chance to attack the enemies or boss you’re facing. To give you even more of a chance, you are able to get more feathers during runs to top up the number of times you’re able to revive.
How To Get More Revive Feathers
There is one main way to get more revive feathers. When you first spawn into a chapter, look on the map for a small purple feather icon.
Since the map in each chapter is procedurally generated, the feather icon won’t be in the same place every time.
If there’s not one on the mini-map, you will need to either hunt for it or look for Raven’s Eyes to interact with, which will reveal more of what’s nearby. There will always be one, and only one, in each chapter, so keep looking.
Once you’ve found it, you need to spend 100 Dream Shards to get the extra feather. If you don’t have the shards, you’ll have to come back once you do, provided you have enough of your 18 minutes left. If you do, complete the exchange and the additional feather will be shown in your feather total at the bottom right of the screen.
You can interact with the feather altar for a second time, exchanging 200 Dream Shards for some XP. However, you can only get a feather once.
What Is The Maximum Number Of Feathers You Can Get?
On the default difficulty, you start with six feathers to use throughout the run. You can then buy one additional feather in each chapter.
Therefore, if you’re able to avoid using any of them in the tough boss fights that end each chapter, you can have up to nine feathers to revive yourself.
The number of feathers you start with is reduced in each of the harder difficulties you unlock once you’ve cleared a run. The most feathers you’ll ever have is during a run on the default difficulty.
You share feathers in co-op multiplayer, so try not to waste them!
