The Nier Automata DLC for Stellar Blade adds several new cosmetic items to the game, all sold by Emil in his highly mobile shop. However, Emil doesn’t accept gold; instead, he offers his wares in exchange for Stellar Tears. These rare flowers can be found in both the Wasteland and the Great Desert, some of them hidden particularly well.
This Stellar Blade Guide will explain how to find all seven of the Stellar Tears hidden in the Great Desert. This will require EVE to navigate most of the desert, contending with the various dangerous foes found in it, so you’ll need to be ready for a fight.

Stellar Tears are vital to obtaining the Nier Automata items in Stellar Blade and are scattered across the Wasteland and Great Desert.
Stellar Tear #AN1632R
The first Stellar Tear in the list is actually quite tricky to reach, mainly due to the angry turret that will snipe you the first time you enter its vicinity. Once you’ve dealt with the turret (which is part of the sidequest “An Offer You Can’t Refuse”), you can find the Stellar Tear under a statue at the spot shown on the map above, west of the Twin Rocks Supply Camp.
Stellar Tear #AF8742F
This Stellar Tear is found amid some monstrous statues, not too far from the path that connects the Great Desert to Xion. Head for the spot shown on the map above and grab the Stellar Tear.
Stellar Tear #AB3459D
This Stellar Tear is found near the Oasis, so you can reach it pretty easily from the Tetrapod’s landing spot. Head directly east from the Tetrapod to reach the spot shown on the map above, and you’ll find the Stellar Tear under a tree.
Stellar Tear #AJ9235H
This Stellar Tear is also pretty close to the Tetrapod. You’ll need to head south and slightly west from the Tetrapod to find the Northern Great Desert Supply Camp. From here, head into the building next to the camp and up the ramp to find a moveable container. Move it so you can use it as a platform to climb higher into the building, then hop over to another ledge and use the monkey bars to swing across to a climbing point. Climb up and to the right to reach the top of the building. The Stellar Tear is sitting on this highest ledge.
Stellar Tear #AO2489J
To reach this Stellar Tear, you’ll need to head for the section of the desert shown on the map above. You’ll need to look around the buildings near that spot for an old school bus with a sign collapsed onto it, which you can use as a ramp to reach a ladder. This will get you onto the rooftops, where you can then jump from roof to roof until you reach the one with the Stellar Tear on it. It’s sitting on top of a crate.
Stellar Tear #AN54O9P
Not far from where you got the previous Stellar Tear, there’s a dome structure with drones repairing it. You’ll want to look for a broken section of the dome with a blue tarp on the floor in front of it, then hop inside and onto one of the drones. It will lower you down to a ledge that runs around the base of the dome. From here, look for a drone near a statue and drop down onto them (or directly onto the statue.) From here, you can get down onto the floor inside the Opera House.
Stellar Tear #AM6131L
This final Stellar Tear can be found near the Solar Tower in the southern part of the Great Desert. It’s sitting on top of some crates, as shown in one of the images above.
