3 Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift Codes Are Expiring Soon

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players have until November 30 to redeem three of the games’ Mystery Gift codes. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet bring back the Mystery Gift feature popularized by previous Pokemon games, where players can input limited-time codes to get free items, Pokemon, and more.

A variety of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes are active at any given time. Some Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes eventually expire, and so fans of the games are encouraged to redeem them as soon as possible. As it so happens, three Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes are on the chopping block, set to expire on Saturday, November 30.

As pointed out by ComicBook, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet fans are running out of time to redeem three specific Mystery Gift codes. The codes in question are SEEY0U1NPALDEA for a free Gimmighoul, D0T1STPARTNER for a free Quaxly, and WEARTERASTALCAP for a free Terastal Cap that players can customize their characters with. All three codes are live at the time of this writing, but unless plans change at the last minute, they will all expire on November 30. Those interested in redeeming these Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Mystery Gift codes need to do so ASAP by going to the Poke Portal and navigating to the Mystery Gift screen.

The Quaxly that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players gift by redeeming the D0T1STPARTNER code is based on the one from the Horizons anime series. The Gimmighoul code, meanwhile, gets players a “chipper” Gimmighoul in its Chest Form. This Gimmighoul was originally distributed to help promote the Pokemon: Paldean Winds anime. The Terastal Cap simply lets players wear a cosmetic that serves as a reference to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet‘s battle gimmick, terastallization.

Considering how popular the Mystery Gift feature is, it’s likely that it will return in future Pokemon games. Pokemon Legends: Arceus featured Mystery Gift codes, and so chances are good that the upcoming Pokemon Legends: Z-A will follow suit. It also seems incredibly likely that the Generation 10 Pokemon games will have Mystery Gift codes to redeem as well, but that remains to be seen. For now, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet remain the current main series Pokemon games on the market, and so any new Mystery Gift codes will be redeemable through them for the time being.
